One of the pals Cavallari is spotted with frequently is Biegs, AKA Stephanie Biegel, and at this point, the two seem pretty inseparable.
But who is Kristin Cavallari's friend Biegs on Very Cavallari? Here's everything fans need to know about Kristin's bestie.
1. Cavallari and Biegel have been friends for awhile.
It seems like Cavallari and Biegel go way back. Given that Biegel is based out of Chicago, it seems like they met when Cavallari's husband, Jay Cutler, played for the Chicago Bears, and they went to games together. Even though Cavallari has since relocated to Tennessee, they've stayed close, and it seems like they still spend plenty of time together.
2. She frequently appears on Very Cavallari.
Biegel has been seen on the show on multiple occasions — notably when the whole crew was in Cabo, and she was encouraging Cavallari to dance on the tables and live her best life (much like she did on Laguna Beach, if we all remember that particular episode). It seems like she and Cavallari have a lot of fun together, which might be why their relationship has lasted for so long.
3. But who is Kristin Cavallari's friend Biegs on Very Cavallari? She's a venture partner and entrepreneur.
According to Biegel's LinkedIn account, she's worked as a venture partner at Mayne Capital for the past year. She also recently launched Key with business partner Evan Wayne, which is a livestreaming platform that "[brings] talent and fans closer than ever before." Seems like she's a pretty busy lady these days.
4. She hosts her own podcast.
Along with close friend Lauren Abney, Biegel hosts a podcast called Well/Behaved, where they talk about everything in the wellness realm, including interviews with guest experts. According to their Apple Podcasts page, "This podcast delivers wellness remixed; featuring a mix of guests that will excite and inspire you step up your wellness game. Their mantra; 'You Do You!'.
5. She helped Cavallari get her Uncommon James Chicago location up and running.
When Cavallari wanted to open up an Uncommon James location in Chicago's West Loop, Biegel was her right-hand woman, helping her scout out locations since she was familiar with the area. As fans watched on Very Cavallari, they ended up choosing a spot on Randolph Street, even though there was buzz that Gwyneth Paltrow wanted to open up a Goop location in the same spot. Ultimately, Cavallari got the unit (and the one next to it, to make the store the size she wanted) and the store opened in October 2019.
6. Her friendship with Cavallari is important to her.
Biegel has been open about her love for Cavallari, and in October, she took to Instagram to share what her friend means to her to celebrate the opening of Uncommon James in Chicago.
'"Above all else, you are an incredible mom, wife and best friend. You inspire me daily and I am so lucky to be along for the ride. I can’t wait to see what the future holds. All I know...no where I would rather be than by your side. (P.s. Clearly I REALLY enjoyed this kiss, evidenced by my eyes closed). Love you so much!" she wrote in her caption.
7. She also runs an Instagram account about robes.
We all have our own weird obsessions, and for Beigel, this appears to be... robes. Biegel calls herself a "robe enthusiast" and shares photos that people submit of themselves wearing robes in various locations. Robes are comfy, but this seems to be a pretty unique interest in itself. At least Biegel is all about pursuing her passions?
