Although Limbaugh has been married three other times in the past, today, he's married to Kathryn Adams Limbaugh, and has been for the past 10 years.
But who is Rush Limbaugh's wife? Here's what you need to know about his spouse.
1. Limbaugh revealed he's battling cancer this week.
On Monday's edition of his radio show, Limbaugh shared that he has lung cancer, and that means he will occasionally be unable to do his show because of his treatments.
"I have been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, diagnosis confirmed by two medical institutions back on January 20th," he said, later adding, "But we’ve got a great bunch of doctors, a great team assembled. We’re at full-speed ahead on this and it’s just now a matter of implementing what we are gonna be told later this week."
2. He was presented with the Presidential Medal of Freedom at President Trump's State of the Union address.
At Tuesday's address, Trump and wife Melania presented Limbaugh with the award, as Trump thanked him for "decades of tireless devotion to our country."
The news certainly came as a surprise, and has drawn both praise and criticism all over the internet since, with many people voicing their opinions on Twitter.
3. But who is Rush Limbaugh's wife? Kathryn Adams Limbaugh's lineage goes back to the founding of America.
Kathryn Adams Limbaugh is actually a direct descendant of John Adams, a fact that was widely reported when Limbaugh and Kathryn tied the knot in 2010.

4. Kathryn has been open about why their age difference works for them.
In a 2008 interview, Kathryn shared that the 26-year age difference between her and Limbaugh worked because of her unusual upbringing.
