Getty Rob Kardashian has kept away from the spotlight of his family's reality show empire ever since his relationship with Blac Chyna melted down for us all to watch in real-time. After that, he walked away from the cameras and decided to keep his life private.
Now, there's news he may be paired up with a reality star — at least according to Wendy Williams in the above video, that is. Rumor has it that Kardashian and Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Tommie Lee have started dating. The purported couple isn't Instagram official or anything as serious as that, but rumors have enough steam that Williams has talked about about them on her show this week. Williams was trying to warn Kardashian away from his potential new love.
Now Lee is furious at Williams and lashing out at her on social media. Who is Tommie Lee and is she really dating Rob Kardashian?
1. Who is Tommie Lee?
First of all Tommie Lee is not Tommy Lee, the drummer for Motley Crue. This Tommie Lee is a promoter who was featured on several seasons of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. Her given name is Atasha Chizzaah Jefferson and she first showed up on the reality series in season five when she was dating rapper Scrapp DeLeon. She stuck around for several more seasons and brought plenty of drama to the show, not the least of which was due to her ongoing alcoholism.
Lee was on Love and Hip Hop.
2. Tommie Lee has quite the array of mug shots.
In addition to her work as a music promoter and reality show star, Lee has quite a history of criminal activity. She has allegedly been arrested at least once a year since 2003. Her past charges include things like forgery, fraud, driving without a license, battery, and shoplifting. She even has a record for hijacking a bus (she has never elaborated on the details of that story). She got a lot of attention in 2018 when she was arrested on the grounds of her daughter's school for showing up drunk and attacking her middle school-aged daughter. She cut a deal in her child cruelty case and avoided prison, provided she stays out of trouble for the next decade.
3. What has Rob Kardashian been up to?
Kardashian has stayed out of the public eye for since 2017, only appearing periodically at family events. He withdrew from his family's reality empire after the very public dissolution of his relationship with Blac Chyna after their daughter Dream was born. The one-time couple had it out on in public with a string of cheating accusations, abuse allegations, and even some revenge porn.
In addition to potentially feeling burned by the spotlight, Kardashian has battled significant depression in the past. That, coupled with weight issues have allegedly made him loathe to take a public role again.
4. Are Rob Kardashian and Tommie Lee dating?
The latest internet rumors say that Lee and Kardashian are linked romantically but there isn't any evidence of this that we can find. No Instagram comments, no tweets, and no photos of the two of them out at events. All we have is a few internet sites that say something is going on but no proof of a relationship.
5. What does Wendy Williams have to do with all of this?
Williams decided to address the rumors and drop some advice on Kardashian from the set of her show — see the video above. "Listen, Rob, all I am saying is, you got to do better in your choices in life. Whether it's business, personal, family or whatever," she said. "Tommie Lee, and I don't know, all I am saying is — you know how sometimes you mess up in life and you can do better? Maybe she is doing better in life, and she has presented herself more of a better woman to Rob."
Lee did not take kindly to Williams' words and fired back on social media. In a now-expired Instagram story, Lee wrote, "Wendy I will roast yo ass all the way back to ya dealer bitchh you will be DOA when I finish ya chill sis! Dog face bitch!"
In a second post she wrote, "I challenge Wendy Williams to a roast session! Nothing off limits let's Gooo hoe."

6. So is there really anything between Lee and Kardashian?
The latest scoop is that the rumors are nothing more than that. A source close to Kardashian says they know each other but they're not dating and don't even talk regularly.
This story might be nothing more than speculation but when it comes to reality stars, they all want to keep up with the Kardashians — or do they?
