Rachel Bilson and Bill Hader were spotted in a Tulsa, Oklahoma Starbucks on Saturday, December 21, and it seemed like more than a friendly coffee date, especially since Tulsa is the Saturday Night Live star’s hometown, and it is right before the holidays.
This has people convinced that something is up, and now, fans are wondering if this means they’re together.

1. Are Bill Hader and Rachel Bilson dating? It seems Bilson may be spending the holidays with Hader’s family.
According to witnesses who were at the Tulsa Starbucks, they were at the coffee shop with Hader’s family. Could Bilson have been in town to meet the Haders?
Meeting the family could certainly mean that things are already getting serious between them, even though they seem like a relatively new couple. Hader and Bilson were also spotted holding hands during their coffee run.
2. Relationship rumors about Hader and Bilson first started in November.
Fans on Twitter spotted Hader out to dinner with Bilson toward the end of the month when they reportedly ended up in the background of an Instagram user’s story. No other details ever came out of this particular outing, but they’ve now been seen out and about together for a second time.
3. Hader and Bilson first met on the set of The To Do List.
In the 2013 movie, which also starred Aubrey Plaza, Hader played Willy, a boss at a pool where the cast worked as lifeguards. Bilson played Amber, Plaza’s older sister, and during the movie, Hader and Bilson’s characters end up hooking up.
And now, more than six years later, it seems life may be imitating art. It’s also worth noting that the movie was directed by Hader’s wife at the time, Maggie Carey.
4. Bilson most famously dated Hayden Christensen for almost 10 years.
After meeting on the set of Jumper, Bilson and Christensen welcomed a daughter, Briar Rose, in 2014, before calling things off for good in September 2017. Most recently, Bilson has been linked to Bachelor star Nick Viall, although their reported relationship seemed to be pretty short-lived. Until now, it seemed that BIlson was single.
5. Hader filed for divorce from Carey in 2017.
In December 2017, Hader made his divorce from Carey official, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple had been married for 11 years and have three daughters together: Hannah, Harper, and Haley.
Although earlier this year, Hader said in an interview that he and Carey are friends, he did lament being so busy with work that he was unable to spend much time with his children at the same time.
“It was terrible. So I’m going, ‘Next summer I’m taking off. And I’m going to spend every day with them.’ It’s this weird thing where when you’re in this industry, you don’t have time to be with them, and it’s really, really difficult,” he said. “I’m getting emotional right now talking about it.”
6. Bilson has yet to post about Hader on social media.
So far, there’s no evidence of Bilson dating Hader on her Instagram, and given that Hader tends to stay away from social media, it makes a lot of sense.
Seems like we’ll just have to wait and see if they’re spotted together again — and if they’re spending the holidays together in Tulsa, it looks like we could see a lot more of them in the new year.
