Siesta Key's Alex Kompothecras Has A New Girlfriend, Alyssa Salerno — And They Have A Big Baby Announcement

getty Things are bout to heat up on season three of Siesta Key. The new season is set to kick off in January and the cast is already getting started on all the drama.
While the new teasers focus on Juliette Porter's relationship with new cast member Robby Hayes, Alex Kompothecras has a new girlfriend as well. And the two of them have some big news.
Kompothecras has started dating hairstylist and salon owner Alyssa Salerno, and their social media feeds make it look like they're living a perfect life so far. They even made a big announcement about their future just this week.
But now Porter, is showing up in the comments and spilled secrets that could be a real problem for the new couple.

1. Who is Alex Kompothecras?
Kompothecras is a reality star and occasional law student in Florida. He got is start on TV when his dad, Gary, thought the antics of his son and his friends would make a good reality show.
The elder Kompothecras hired a crew to film a pilot, which he later packaged as a 30-minute pilot and shopped it around. MTV picked it up as Siesta Key. The show wrapped its second season last year and season three is scheduled to air starting on January 7.
2. Does he have a girlfriend?
The first couple of seasons of the show focused on Kompothecras's relationship with Juliette Porter until she finally got sick of all of his cheating and broke up with him. This season, he has a new love interest, a woman named Alyssa Salerno.
MTV isn't spilling a lot of beans about her background before the new season begins, but she's active on social media and drops a lot of juicy info about her life there.
3. Who is Alyssa Salerno?
Though the romantic relationship between Salerno and Kompothecras is fairly new, the friendship between them is anything but. The two appear to have known each other since they were teenagers.
Kompothecras made their relationship Instagram official with one current pic, and one throwback photo that shows them both with braces, and Salerno in what looks like a school cheerleading uniform. He captioned the photo, "There are some people in life that make you laugh a little louder, smile a little bigger and live just a little bit better."
Her timeline includes plenty of current pics of her boyfriend, but none of the flashback to school days.
They have known each other a long time.
4. Salerno's a business owner.
Salerno is a talented hairstylist and she has plenty of pictures of her work up on her page. She's also getting ready to open her own salon. Meraki Wild Salon is slated to open in Sarasota, Florida, and Salerno has been teasing it on social media.
So far, the salon's Instagram page only says that it's coming soon, with no solid opening date listed, but on her personal page, there's a bit more detail. In a post unveiling the logo and name of the new venture, Salerno said, "Thrilled to finally announce something that I have been working on for a while now! This has been a dream of mine for many years and I can finally say it is all coming to reality! Excited for you all to join me on this journey and see my new salon that is coming soon!!!"
5. Salerno and Kompothecras are having a baby.
Salerno's future isn't just going to be about invoices and marketing budgets. She and Kompothecras announced that they are expecting their first child together.
In an Instagram post this week, he shared a photo of the two of them kissing, as his hand cradles her belly. There's a pink sign in the background that says the word "Baby" and the caption reads "Little princess on the way." The couple hasn't shared a due date yet.

6. How will this all play out on the show?
According to clips for the new season, the main focus will be on Kompthecras's ex-girlfriend, Juliette Porter. She's going to be taking up with a new cast member: Robby Hayes, who was on JoJo Fletcher's season of The Bachelorette. Most of the rest of the Siesta Key crew, however, isn't on board with the relationship, including Kompothecras who can be seen telling Porter that, "that guy you're with is a b****."
Kompothecras's relationship with Salerno will also be a plot point but teasers for the show make it seem like he might have trouble staying faithful. That was also the case for him in his relationship with Porter last season. Cheating is a major problem in any relationship, but it's an even bigger problem when there's a baby on the way.
7. Drama's already starting.
To make things even more dramatic, Porter left a note on the baby announcement post. Instead of congratulating her ex about becoming a dad, she dropped a major bomb right in the middle of the comment section.
"Weird how he cheated on her with me several months ago but ok," she wrote. She didn't leave the comment up though or maybe Kompothecras deleted it in the hopes that Salerno wouldn't see it. Either way, it's gone now.
