Did Aubrey O'Day Have Plastic Surgery? Shocking Before/After Photos
She said she just 'knows all the tricks.'
getty Aubrey O’Day looks unrecognizable, leaving the public speculating on if she’s gotten plastic surgery. “I’ve had lip fillers and Botox. I put a lot of filters. I know all the tricks and I use them," she told Us Weekly exclusively at the Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition premiere.
Her facial features and body have distinct, noticeable differences that do look more enhanced than she may be admitting to.
Another infamous celebrity who denied claims of plastic surgery was Kylie Jenner after her noticeably larger lips, lifted brows, and facial features looked different. She explained that her new look was due to makeup tricks, but plastic surgeons begged to differ.

1. Did Aubrey O'Day have plastic surgery? A plastic surgeon shared his thoughts.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Young said, "Aubrey appears to have undergone a lot of cosmetic surgery. And almost all of it looks completely unnecessary to me. She appears to have had her lips enhanced with injectable fillers and possibly with silicone. Her nose appears to have undergone a rhinoplasty, maybe more than one. Her chin appears to have been reshaped, possibly by shaving down the bone."
2. She doesn’t care what people think about her look.
O'Day shared that she doesn’t read what people say about her online and remains unaffected by their opinions.
When asked if she was hurt by the comments, she responded, “Not at all. When I was 17 maybe. I think the worst comment I ever read, and then I didn’t read any more, was, ‘She looks like an old leather handbag that’s been put in the dryer 15 times.’ That was one of my faves.”
3. The Daily Mail revealed the work she had done last summer.
According to Daily Mail, O'Day’s so-called tricks sound expensive. The article revealed that she used a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon for body contouring and fat loss 'laser liposuction' treatment before she went on the show Ex On The Beach last summer.
She also appears to have had procedures done on her chin and abdomen.
4. She had an affair with Donald Trump Jr.
In 2018, rumors surfaced that O'Day and Trump had an affair. The affair allegedly occurred in 2011 when Donald Trump Jr. was married to Vanessa Trump.
Many sources confirmed the affair happened when O'Day appeared on The Apprentice. Trump called off the affair in March 2012 after Vanessa found emails between her husband and O’Day. Vanessa and Donald Trump Jr. were married from 2005 to 2018.
5. She admitted that she would love to be on a dating show.
O'Day is ready to settle down and wants a "kind and compassionate" man who can "laugh at life." She would love to appear on 90 Day Fiancé or the Bachelorette, and even suggested that TLC create a celebrity 90 Day Fiancé.
“I think I’m too controversial for that show, but oh, man, if they want to step into the dark side, someone needs to put me on that,” she said.
6. Ex Pauly D said he "dodged a bullet."
Pauly D didn’t find out about the Trump Jr. affair until the whole world did.
“I found out when the world found out, it was in the press and I said, ‘Oh, wow! That’s crazy,'” Pauly D explained. “Hey listen, she did what she had to do at the time, I guess. The way I feel is I dodged a bullet. I’m glad that I was out of that whole situation.”
The two only dated for a year and ended things in July 2017.
7. She continues to deny having any work done.
Except for the fillers and Botox, O'Day maintains that she's never had anything else done. However, that hasn't stopped the rumors. In fact, she received so much negativity on one photo last year that she made her Instagram private for awhile.
O'Day posted a photo on Valentine's Day where she, again, received a lot of backlash on the way she looked. However, she seems to remain largely unbothered by the criticism. She has said that she "loves herself and is happy with who she is."
