getty Malika Haqq is pregnant! And congratulations — the first child is always the most exciting, and pregnancy is a beautiful thing. But from the minute she announced her pregnancy in September 2019, people began wondering: who is Malika Haqq's baby daddy?
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, of course, did the typical Kardashian-style thing and partnered with Clearblue Easy to monitor her ovulation cycle. It was during her period of monitoring her ovulation cycle that she realized her period was three days late. After a follow-up visit to her doctor, she confirmed that she was pregnant.
Now, a few months later, the identity of Haqq's baby's father has finally been revealed: O.T. Genasis.

1. Haqq's father was shocked.
It's not unusual for fathers of women to be shocked when their daughters turn up pregnant, but Malika Haqq's father was even more shocked than what would be normally expected. Of course, it could be because Malika and her father, Jamal, are estranged.
Jamal said he was "shocked" that his daughter was pregnant, and that he had no idea who her baby daddy could be.
2. Malika Haqq was dating O.T. Genasis for a while.
Malika Haqq's most high-profile and long-term relationship was with rapper O.T. Genasis. They were very publicly dating for a long time, but back in June 2019, she announced that they broke up.
The couple were then on-again, off-again for a long time thereafter, which led people to believe that O.T. Genasis was a strong possibility to be her child's father.
3. But she also had a series of high-profile relationships in the past, too.
"The E! personality didn’t reveal the identity of her baby’s dad, but she’s been previously linked to several famous names, including Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter and Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro," said one report at the time of the announcement, implying that they, too, could possibly be her child's father.
4. Tristan Thompson weighed in on Malika Haqq's pregnancy.
Because Tristan Thompson never met a publicity stunt that he didn't like, he weighed in on the news of Malika Haqq's pregnancy. "Congratulations, Malika. Blessings on Blessings," he said.
While this suggested that there's no bad blood between the two, it was a stretch to assume that Tristan Thompson was Malika Haqq's baby daddy, considering how well Khloe takes it when people talk to and about him (hello, Jordyn Woods!).
5. Haqq originally said she wasn't ready to reveal her baby daddy's identity.
"I have always wanted to be a mother and it’s still a little bit surprising but I’m overjoyed! I’m a very emotional person anyway, but this is another heightening of emotion. I feel really good about where I am in my life being pregnant now,” she said. Haqq was 14 weeks along in her pregnancy at that time, and is due in March 2020.
"She told People that she prefers not to disclose the father's identity at this time," said one outlet. (Incidentally, the 14-week mark coincided with her relationship with rapper O.T. Genasis — unless, of course, she had cheated on him while they were together, and the baby daddy was someone else entirely. Wouldn't that have been quite the scandal! And wouldn't that be typically Kardashian?!)
6. Khloe Kardashian is supporting her bestie throughout her pregnancy.
Khloe Kardashian has been nothing but supportive of her best friend throughout her pregnancy, which is just lovely. In fact, Haqq recently took to Instagram after her baby shower to express her gratitude for all the support she's received from her loved ones, including Kardashian.
She wrote, “New life is so precious. Being showered with selfless love continues to strengthen me for all the many transitions that will continue to take place. My baby shower was an act of love. Shared with an intimate group whom have been in support of my growing family. Thank you ladies for your wisdom, guidance and support.”
7. Who is Malika Haqq's baby daddy? She finally revealed the identity of her baby's father in February 2020.
Fans have finally found out the mystery of who Haqq's baby daddy is! And there's no scandal this time. The baby's father is O.T. Genasis. Haqq revealed that it was the rapper after her recent baby shower. She said, “I’m incredibly thankful to Odis Flores for my little boy.”
The rapper himself also confirmed the news, taking to his Instagram to write, “My son on da way… Give me a baby name now… GO!!!” The words, “Malika’s having a baby!” also appeared in his photo.
A source has also revealed that even though the former couple is still broken up, they have "no bad blood between them." The rapper even attended Haqq's baby shower.
8. And it appears that he's been incredibly supportive.
Haqq took to Instagram and posted a photo of her and O.T. Genasis, expressing her gratitude.
She wrote, Relationships don’t always work out the way we would hope but between love & friendship we have created a baby boy that will be here very soon. I’ve been single the last 8months but I am in no way alone. OT and I have attended every doctors apt and over all loved on our son together while anticipating his arrival. My priority over the past few months has been to nurture and protect my unborn child. Our baby would not be who he is without his father and I thank God for the spirit that grows inside of me. Only thing that matters, we are Baby Flores parents."
Looks like congratulations are in order for Malika Haqq and O.T. Genasis!
