America Meditates is a free event supporting the convergence of music, meditation, and mindfulness is taking place on July 24th in Denver City Park from 4pm-10pm.

There are local groups all over the country to join in and show support for mindfulness. All fitness levels can particiate in this amazing event.

Each local group will have an America Meditates line up of yoga, music, food, dancing, live art, and kids activities.

This is anticipated to be the largest meditation gathering in United States history!

America Meditates is supportive of all who wish to engage in the practice of guided meditation and the celebration of life.

They welcome people of all gender, race, religion, age, and political affiliation to participate in a day of non-violence, peace, diversity, and acceptance.

Electronic music creator, Liquid Boom; the 100% sober party group, the So What Project; and the rapper and percussionist combo, B-Still & Srikala.

As part of the organization’s “One Voice” motivational speaking campaign, global humanitarian, spiritual leader, and peace ambassador Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will host the gathering’s main event, the guided meditation. 

He is joined by #1 NY Times bestselling author, spiritual leader, and 2020 democratic primary candidate Marianne Williamson.

Bishop Dr. Barbara Lewis King, founder of Hillside International Truth Center; and Carlton Pearson, founder of Higher Dimensions Church. 

Participants are encouraged to maintain a healthy mindset from their head to their toes.

To help with this, America Meditates is offering yoga and dance sessions led by Naga Devi.

Families are encouraged to join the practice with face painting, henna, and hair braiding services offered all day.

There will also be a plethora of healthy, organic, and sustainable food options to keep participants going all night!

This event is produced in direct response to the state of the world. The founders demand a “shift in consciousness is needed in our country.”
