Is Khloe Kardashian The Next Bachelorette?
Rumors sparked on Twitter that she'll be the next Bachelorette.
Even if you don’t follow the Kardashians on social media, you’ll likely have seen somewhere while you’re scrolling through Twitter or Instagram the fact that Khloe Kardashian’s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, was caught cheating. Thompson was spotted with Kylie Jenner’s friend Jordyn Woods. The cheating scandal quickly led to Khloé breaking up with Thompson, and Kyle breaking up with her BFF.
Khloé hasn’t had much luck in love. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star tried to have a happy marriage with Lamar Odom, but their union didn’t last after cheating and addiction rumors led to Kardashian filing for divorce. It seemed Khloe had found love once again with Tristan Thompson. However, rumors soon began to surface that he had cheated on her with multiple women while she was very much pregnant with their daughter, True. Still, she stayed.
At the time, she wrote on Twitter: “Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan. She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as They possibly can #KUWTK.”
But after having her long-desired first child with Thompson and giving her baby daddy another chance, Khloé's heart was broken yet again. Now, it’s that time in the season of The Bachelor where everyone is speculating who will be the next Bachelorette. Rumors are running rampant that it won’t be one of the four women left vying for Colton Underwood’s love.
Will Khloé be the next Bachelorette? Here's what we know about the rumors.

1. Mike Fleiss started the rumors.
The Bachelorette creator Mike Fleiss has taken it upon himself to offer Khloé Kardashian a solution to all of her love-life problems by offering her the coveted position of Bachelorette for the upcoming season. But Khloé and her big sister Kim Kardashian didn’t take kindly to the rumor started on social media.
Mike Fleiss, 54, started the social media rumors that Khloe was “in contention” to be the next Bachelorette.
2. Kim Kardashian flipped out.
Kim Kardashian saw the tweet and called out the rumor, saying it’s fake. “Fake f–king news big time!!!!!” she wrote on Twitter.
3. Mike Fleiss responded with a series of tweets.
The Bachelorette creator then began a lengthy Twitter rant about what he claims to know about the casting process that perhaps other Kardashian family members aren’t aware of. He said he was already in contact with Kris Jenner about the possibility of Khloe becoming the next bachelorette. He said the rest of the Kardashian clan wouldn’t know if Khloe was participating anyway due to confidentiality reasons.
“She’s outta the loop on this one,” Mike retweeted Kim. “How would @KimKardashian know? This is between me and @krisjenner — and of course, @khloekardashian!!"

4. Kim responded back.
Kim replied “Oh really???? Wait a minute …” she re-tweeted his claim that Khloé wouldn’t be allowed to divulge to her sister.
The reality star then tagged Fleiss in a separate tweet which included a screenshot of a group text with Kris Khloe where they both deny any production talks with the ABC show. When asked whether there was truth to the rumor, Kris replied with a devastatingly succinct “No lol.”
Added Khloé, “Ewwww I mean put some respeck on my name.”
5. Some of the Bachelor alum were not happy with the exchange.
That comment didn’t go over too well with some Bachelor alum including Carly Waddell who replied, “I shed a tear over that one.”
Tanner Tolbert also chimed in: “Guess Khloe doesn’t “respeck” us...”
6. Fliess didn't back down.
Fleiss still didn’t back down. He then tweeted: “FYI … we have strict confidentiality agreements with all #TheBachelorette candidates,” he continued in a separate tweet. “@khloekardashian couldn’t tell @KimKardashian anyway …"
He also wrote: “As @KimKardashian is obviously aware, this is all about timing for @khloekardashian ! She’s been through a lot. Ts and Ps from all of #BachelorNation !”
7. And Khloe finally clapped back.
After further fuelling the rumors, Khloé finally decided to respond.
“I’m not f—king clickbait right now,” she wrote to the creator. “Stop or you will be hearing from my lawyers. How insensitive!!"
You’d think Fleiss would then back down after hearing directly from Khloé. But he didn’t.
"You can not be sued for trying to help somebody find true love...Just sayin' #TheBachelorette," he wrote. Fliess continued on Twitter, saying: "One of the things we look for in choosing #TheBachelorette is a great sense of humor... Might be time to look elsewhere."
He ended the exchange with a final tweet.
“I sincerely offered our assistance. If a certain someone thinks he/she doesn’t need our help to find true love, so be it!!! #TheBachelorette.”
Even though Khloé doesn’t seem at all interested in trying to find love on The Bachelorette, it might be worth a shot. A representative for ABC said the network does not comment on The Bachelor franchise casting or speculation. A source close to the show said no decisions have been made with regard to casting.
