Instagram Noah Centineo has joined the likes of Shawn Mendes and Kendall Jenner to flaunt his stuff as a Calvin Klein model. The 22-year-old posted jaw-dropping photos of his new gig on Instagram, posing shirtless wearing Calvin Klein jeans, and set fans aghast at his hotness, including actress Lily Collins.
Whether or not Collins and Centineo are becoming more than just friends, or staying strictly platonic, remains to be seen. But it wouldn’t be surprising if the two were dating, even if it hasn’t been confirmed. So are Noah Centineo and Lily Collins dating? Here's what we know.
1. Collins co-starred in a music video Centineo directed.
They played high school pals in a music video earlier this year. The Fosters actor recently directed DJ ARTY's "Save Me Tonight" music video, while also co-starring in the video with Lily. In the video, Centineo played a high school student who befriends a bullied peer, played by Collins.
"I convinced @artymusic to let me direct the music video for 'Save Me Tonight' and somehow @lilycollins agreed to star in it with a bunch of our friends. (I might be in it too)," Noah said on January 25 via Twitter. "So stoked to share with y'all, let me know what you think!"
“Somehow Lily Collins agreed to star in it?” It didn’t take much convincing, obviously. He directed a music video, and of all the women in the world, he chose The Blind Side actress to be the star. Hmm, I wonder why?
Since the music video debuted, both actors have taken to social media to promote the project, fueling the rumors that there may be more going on than just a friendship. Centineo got his start on the Disney Channel before graduating to Freeform, replacing Jake T. Austin on The Fosters, then appearing as Camila Cabello’s love interest in the music video for her sizzling song of summer, “Havana."
2. They were flirting on Instagram.
Collins, 29, spotted the sexy photo, and rather than simply double-tapping the snap, she decided to drop a comment. "I never look that good when I lounge,” she wrote in the comments of Centineo’s post. Centineo replied, writing” “Oh please,” along with a telling fire emoticon.
The flirty exchange caused a frenzy among fans, with many jumping to conclusions that they’re dating. While it’s known that the pair are friends since they’ve worked together in the past, fans are hoping there will be more coming out of this public display of obvious flirtation. Their social media comments are sizzling hot, and while they might think it’s funny, fans can see that they should give a romantic relationship a try.
3. They posted together with a baby.
In a photo that Centineo posted of himself, Collins, who is the daughter of musician Phil Collins, and a baby together, he wrote on Instagram: “Take a picture with our baby."
Realistically, who would say something like that on social media if they weren’t interested in the other person? Could he perhaps see himself being the father of Collins’ children? Of course, fans jumped on the opportunity to comment, with one writing, “Date Already!" Another said, "Is it just me or should this really be a [relationship]?"
Perhaps the pair enjoy seeing fans speculate. Or perhaps they're not an item because of the age difference? Centineo is only 22 while Collins is 29... perhaps Collins isn't interested in dating someone who is seven years younger.

Collins is now single; she was in a five year, on-off relationship with Jamie Campbell Bower. The couple split over the summer, after realizing they were "'not right" for each other.
It wouldn’t be the first time Centineo has sparked dating rumors with co-stars.

Meanwhile, Centineo who has been linked to the likes of Kelli Berglund and has even sparked dating rumors with his To All The Boys I've Loved Before co-star, Lana Condor. Centineo played Peter Kavinsky, the scheming lacrosse player with a sensitive side, who becomes the object of affection of Lara Jean Covey (played by Lana Condor), a nerdy high school junior who is obsessed with romance novels and realizes that the five love letters she wrote to all of the boys she’s ever crushed on have somehow been delivered.
After To All The Boys I've Loved Before, the pair insisted they were just friends. But Condor did admit that they were encouraging dating rumors in order to boost their hit Netflix film.
“Noah and I definitely encouraged the speculation," Condor told Cosmopolitan. "But it's because we believe in the story and the characters and we genuinely love each other.”
"You can truly love someone in a very platonic way."
While there is no confirmation that Centineo and Collins are seeing each other, perhaps this flirty exchange on social media will spark the romance for real.
