5 Early Riser Zodiac Signs Who Get Up With The Sun
They don't want to sleep the day away.
Some people naturally wake up early in the morning, while others may have tricks that encourage the behavior of being an early riser. They may do as much early-morning prep as they can the night before by figuring out what they're going to wear, making their lunch, or setting the coffee maker to start brewing at a certain time.
In astrology the early riser zodiac signs, and those who are overall morning people, tend not to use the snooze button; it is better for them to get up immediately rather than fighting it.
An early riser knows it’s a good idea to drink a glass of water upon waking as the body gets very dehydrated after sleep. Other early risers know that exercising in the morning will make them feel energized all day. Generally, people who get up early know the benefits of having a healthy breakfast, so their bodies have some fuel to run on.
When you’re an early riser, you’re able to make the most of the day because you aren’t sleeping through most of it. However, being an early riser means you have to go to bed at a responsible hour and not stay up too late every night. You can train yourself to be an early riser, and once you do it enough and it becomes a habit, you won’t even have to work at getting up with the birds.
1. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Twenty-four hours in a day isn't enough time for Aries to get everything done, so they have to make do with getting up early and having as much of the day as possible. Aries tend to have full schedules and find that being early birds help them to have more energy to complete everything in a day.
Getting up early doesn't mean they always go to bed early; sometimes they get carried away and stay up way too late. Aries definitely need to get as much sleep as they can, especially when getting up early, so they feel refreshed and ready to take on the world.
2. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis also have a lot to do during the day, and also find that when they get up early, they're more creative. Some of Gemini's best ideas come in the early morning hours, but that doesn't mean they're not creative all day long — they are.
If Geminis sleep in too late, they feel sluggish and it takes them longer to generate their creative flow. Being an early riser may not be a quality that Geminis are born with, but because they're very adaptable, they're able to train themselves to get up early.
3. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leos find that when they get up early, they're more productive and are able to focus better. If a Leo stays in bed too long, they'll procrastinate and put off doing the things they should be doing.
Since Leos are often leaders and influencers, they know that other people not only look up to them but emulate them as well. If a Leo demonstrates having a productive life and getting up early, others will follow suit.
4. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns are extremely hard workers and are disciplined. If a Capricorn gets up early, they can get their workout in, have a healthy breakfast, and still get to the office before everybody else.
Capricorns love the early morning hours when they can work without interruption. By getting up early, they are better equipped to handle the day's challenges than they would if they slept in. If Capricorn is a parent, they will get up early to ensure their kids stick to their schedule and are prepared for the day ahead.
5. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarius come by their early-riser status, naturally. Many of them enjoy having an early morning run where they can enjoy the outdoors without a crowd of people getting in their way.
For Aquarius, if they get up early, they can get a jumpstart on their day, get their work out of the way as quickly as possible, and have more time for fun. They're disciplined if they know there's a reward for them when they've finished. Aquarians are in a better mood, happier, and calmer if they've gotten up early.
