1. She just got engaged.
Victoria announced her engagement on Instagram with photos of her ring and man accompanied by a lengthy and loving caption. She later posted a photo of herself and her fiance, Michael, kissing and holding cute signs that read, "He asked..." and "She said YES!"
Her future husband documented the special moment on his Instagram account, too.
"Last night I got to propose to my best friend. Victoria you’re the most beautiful girl in the world and I’m so honored and blessed to call you mine. Can’t wait to live this life with you babe, I love you," he captioned a string of photos, including those of him proposing on one knee. He added more photos of their engagement later with the sweet caption, "Still not over that moment and will never be over you #myprincessforever."
How cute! Victoria's mother also confirmed her engagement on Instagram with a heartfelt post of her daughter, Michael, and the celebration.
“So this HAPPENED! Victoria’s ENGAGED,” Theressa captioned a four-photo collage of her daughter's engagement. “Congratulations to my beautiful baby and her future husband Michael. Let the planning begin! #engaged #bridetobe #gettingmarried #longislandmedium."
2. She dropped out of college to pursue cosmetology.
Victoria attended Southern Connecticut State University for three years before she decided to call it quits and follow her dream of becoming a makeup artist and hair stylist. She attended Cactus Academy of Paul Mitchell, where she graduated in 2015.
3. She is a hair stylist.
Victoria works as a hair stylist at Salon Entourage in Syosset, N.Y., and specializes in balayage, a technique for highlighting hair in which the dye is painted on in such a way as to create a graduated, natural-looking effect. She has an Instagram account to showcase her work, where she posts pictures of her clients' hair before and after she colors and styles it.
She currently has over 38,000 followers.

4. She competed as a gymnast in college.
Victoria began gymnastics at 4 years old and continued into college. Before she dropped out of SCSU to pursue beauty school, Victoria competed as a gymnast during college. She was drawn to the school for its gymnastics program, she said.
“The team, and the coaches, really caught my eye," Victoria said.
5. She was bullied online for her weight.
Late last year Theresa revealed that her daughter had become a victim of online bullying because of her weight. She addressed the cyberbullying in an October episode of Long Island Medium, saying it was "heartbreaking" that people would make such horrible comments about Victoria's weight on Instagram and Twitter.
Victoria addressed her bullies in an Instagram post in August.
"Just want to give a shout out to all my haters," she wrote. "Yes i have gained weight recently and although i am not happy about it and have my insecurities it does not change me as a person. Plus I’m sure there will be a day that will come and i will shed this weight but as of now this is what it is. So for all of you who want to keep commenting about the way i look, just don’t. Worry about yourself because your comment ain’t going to make you any better of a person #mindyabusiness."
