New Details About Cassie Randolph, The 'Bachelor' Contestant Rumored To Win Colton's Heart
She has Colton's attention, that's for sure.
Instagram As things heat up on The Bachelor, Colton Underwood is narrowing his choice of women down one episode at a time.
Season 23 has been a whirlwind, and the women competing for the former NFL star's heart are stepping up their game. One of those beautiful contestants in-it-to-win-it is California beach babe Cassie Randolph.
The 23-year-old from Huntington Beach just had her one-on-one date with Colton in Thailand, where the two had a steamy make out sesh in the water. Their relationship seems hopeful, but you never know. (Although Reality Steve has predicted in his Bachelor Spoiler that Cassie is the winner of this season and is currently engaged to Colton.)
We'll have to wait to if she is the one Colton gives the final rose to, so sit tight. In the meantime, here is everything you need to know about frontrunner Cassie Randolph.
1. Jimmy Kimmel predicted she will win Colton's heart.

The late night show host predicts the winner of The Bachelor after the first episode of every season and this time, he predicted Cassie will end up with Colton. Kimmel said it will come down to the final four, Cassie, Caelynn Miller-Keyes, Katie Morton, and Hannah Godwin, but in the end, it will be Cassie who steals the bachelor's heart.
His predictions, erm, his wife's predictions, have been right for five out of the last six seasons of The Bachelor and five of the last seven seasons of The Bachelorette, so it's safe to safe he may be right.
2. She's not new to dating shows.
Before she landed a place on The Bachelor, Cassie appeared on a Christian dating show called Young Once. The docuseries follows the lives and relationships of young Christians in California, including Cassie and her on-and-off ex-boyfriend, Caelan Tiongson.
According to Reality Steve spoilers, the first season was released back in 2016 but the second season was reportedly filmed in the summer of 2018, right before ABC began shooting for its 23rd season of The Bachelor. Oddly enough, Young Once's season two premiered on Feb. 4 (if you aren't familiar, that' the exact day Cassie had a one-on-one date with Colton in Thailand). Consider the pot stirred.
3. Her ex addressed the premiere on Instagram.
Caelan spoke up about the multi-show situation Cassie is in, in hopes of clearing up any confusion about their relationship in a lengthy post on Instagram.
"As many know, my ex girlfriend is currently a contestant on the tv show The Bachelor," he wrote. "The both of us have also appeared on a documentary series called Young Once...They happened to catch the closing of mine and Cassie’s on and off relationship during the recording of this show. Make no mistake that Young Once was filmed before The Bachelor, and the fact that they are airing at the same time is a strategy to attract viewers."
Caelan went on to say that their relationship dragged on for much longer than it needed to but that they are both on good terms and are moving on with their lives.
"However, it can be said without a doubt that her and I were not a fit for each other," he continued. "...I wish her nothing but success and happiness moving forward."
4. She is studying to be a speech pathologist.
Cassie is currently pursuing a Master of Science in speech-language pathology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, her LinkedIn profile says. She earned her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders at Biola University in 2016.
She is an ESL substitute teacher at Huntington Beach Adult School, where she teaches adults English as their second language (ESL). She was previously an undergrad speech therapist, behavioral therapist, and speech-language pathology assistant.
5. She knew Heather prior to The Bachelor.
Cassie and fellow contestant Heather Martin apparently went to college together and were friends, according to a source close to Heather. But not in a "frenemy" way, like Caelynn and Hannah, the source told Life & Style.
"We were friends with Cassie," the source explained. “I know when Heather and Cassie saw each other for the first time [in the mansion] … I know Heather was very relieved to see her because it’s an overwhelming experience to go on that and they were friends.”
Heather confirmed their previous companionship in a comment on one of Cassie's Instagram posts about her one-on-one with Colton.
"From freshman orientation group to one on ones in Thailand... who would've thunk it," she wrote.
6. She's a cat person.
Cassie owns two cats named Maverick and Goose, both of which have been featured on her Instagram.
7. Her sister is an actress (and dating one, too).
Cassie's younger sister, Michelle Randolph, recently starred in A Snow White Christmas, a modern take on the Snow White fairytale that was released in December.
Michelle is in a relationship with Marvel's Runaways' Gregg Sulkin. The pair announced they were dating in October, with Gregg saying he loves her so it's unclear how long the two have been together but they seem happy as a couple of clams!
