Instagram Bekah Martinez is a mommy! And we finally know for sure what the gender of her baby is.
The former Bachelor contestant and her boyfriend Grayston Leonard welcomed a daughter on February 2 at 10:14 a.m. The new arrival weight in at 7 lbs 10 oz and was born in a birthing tub with the new dad looking on, according to photos posted of the event.
The couple announced their pregnancy in September and shared their excitement and surprise over the unexpected addition to their family. The couple had only been dating for three months when Bekah discovered she was pregnant. They embrace the surprise an now they are settling in to parenthood, complete with adorable photos on Instagram.

Martinez tells the world that she met Leonard at a climbing gym and they hit it off. Turns out rock climbing isn’t just a hobby for Leonard. He owns a climbing gym of his own that is slate to open this month.

While Leonard knew Martinez had done The Bachelor, he told friends that he he never watched the reality TV portrayal of her. He said he didn’t want the show to influence how he viewed Bekah in real life.

As soon as he found out he was going to be a dad, he got right to work. Bekah told PureWow, “ He immediately started researching prenatal vitamins and then presented me with the top four options to choose from,” she says. “He’s been really into finding resources and reading books about pregnancy. He stepped up to the plate and it just makes me feel that much better about starting this new chapter in my life with him.”

While Bekah is the social media star of the family, it wa Leonard who took to Instagram to share the first images of the new baby. He posted a pic of his daughter nursing with the caption “No pictures please.”

While Leonard may be excited to share photos of his brand new daughter, he and Martinez are keeping quiet about the baby’s name. They haven’t let slip even a peep about what they’ll be calling their little girl.
