5 Zodiac Signs Who Hold A Grudge After A Breakup

getty How do you respond after a breakup? Do you process your feelings in a mature way and then quickly move on ,or do you hang on to the heartbreak for too long? For some people, the only way for them to feel satisfied after a painful breakup is to make their ex feel just as awful as they do.
And they often do this by holding a grudge against their ex. It takes a specific type of personality to respond to a breakup with excessive negative emotions and a need for revenge. If your zodiac sign's traits make you unable to forgive other people, you’re likely to be someone who has a difficult time getting past your feelings of anger and hurt.
Breakups aren’t always expected and they’re not always clean. If your partner is cheating on you and falls in love with someone else, you’ll be blindsided when they dump you. In these kinds of scenarios, a breakup is like a shock to the system and it’s hard to know how to process your feelings in the first place or how to move on.
Sometimes it can seem as if the only thing that will make you feel better is revenge. You don’t try to get over your angry feelings; instead, you let them grow, and rather than forgetting about the person who destroyed your heart, you can’t get them out of your head.
All breakups take time to heal from and you can’t rush the process. Holding a grudge and focusing on your ex with negativity and malice won’t do anyone any good. In the long run, it’s better to forgive and forget.
1. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios do many things really well, but being broken up with isn't one of them. Heartbreak will quickly turn into rage and thoughts of revenge. However, Scorpios are crafty, and they know that if they wait before getting their revenge and catch their ex unawares, it will be all the more satisfying, so Scorpio will wait, and their pain will turn into a grudge.
After a breakup, they will start to believe that their ex lied to them about everything and that they weren't who they thought. If Scorpio gets into another relationship, there's no guarantee that their grudge will soften and go away.
2. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgo can be extremely loving and caring, but when they're going through a breakup, another side of them comes out and it can be scary. If a Virgo has been emotionally devastated, forgiveness doesn't come easily to them. They will hold a grudge against their ex, and it seems as if they believe that any nasty thing they do to their ex is justified.
They'll remember the secrets that were confessed to them by their ex, and they'll bank them as future ammunition. Suddenly, their ex's imperfections and the mistakes they made become horrible hideous flaws which Virgo thinks about constantly.
3. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
It took Taurus some time to get into the relationship, so they were probably blindsided by the breakup. Taurus will take a long time to recover from the heartbreak and will spend a lot of time obsessing over their relationship, their ex, and whatever is happening in their ex's life.
Taurus will become obsessed and will cyberstalk like a pro. They may even come up with a fake profile or two so once their ex blocks them, they're still able to monitor their activity. It will feel like a slap in the face to Taurus when their ex moves on, and it will only add fuel to the grudge that Taurus is developing.
4. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorn really wants to be mature after a breakup, but their ego will be too hurt for them to just let it go. They'll analyze the relationship and come to the conclusion that it was their fault that things didn't work out; then, after a while, they'll transfer the responsibility of the breakup to their ex and this will make them angry.
Capricorn will start to think that they did everything they were supposed to do, and even though they don't want to use the word "perfect," they were very close to being exactly what their ex needed. The more they build themselves up, the more flawed their ex becomes.
It will take some time for Capricorn to accept some responsibility for the breakup and to not see their ex as the devil.
5. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras love harmony and people, but all that goes out the window when Libra is dumped. They also don't do great with being dumped. They will develop a grudge for their ex that will stay with them for a long time. They may have revenge fantasies or develop half-assed plans to get them back.
Libras not going to do anything that puts themselves or their ex in any danger, but, oh, they'll nurse that grudge. And while they're looking at their ex's social media and reaching out to their ex's friends, know that while they're pretending to be okay with the breakup, they're fuming on the inside.
