5 Zodiac Signs Who Can't Take Criticism Well

getty How do you take criticism? Do you embrace or is it something you try to avoid? In astrology, your zodiac sign can influence how you react to criticism. If you’re somebody who hates having someone else point out the ways they can improve upon something, you're probably one of the zodiac signs who can't take criticism.
Being able to embrace criticism and use it to improve upon your mistakes is a valuable skill. Sometimes people criticize us, and they have our best interests at heart. They really do want to help us get better, even if we can’t see how their comments are meant to be helpful.
Then there are the people who criticize out of a need to show off their superiority and use their criticism as a way to cause pain. Everybody has their own issues and if they use criticism to inflict their pain on someone else, they need to be shut down.
In order to take criticism, you must be able to recognize the truth of what they’re saying and if their intentions are good. If someone is just being a jerk, then it’s important not to take what they say without question.
1. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras can get a little defensive when criticized. It can feel to them as if the person criticizing them is purposely trying to fault with something Libra has done or hasn't done.
It's hard for Libra to take constructive criticism in the spirit it is given for it seems confrontational and negative to them. If you feel the need to criticize this zodiac sign, do it in the kindest way possible and with the least amount of rancor.
2. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces are too sensitive to take criticism well. They take things very personally and harsh criticism has the power to shred their self-confidence. Criticism isn't very helpful for Pisces — they don't use negative comments as a way to motivate themselves.
When someone criticizes them, it feels as if they've been stabbed in the heart, and Pisces can react very emotionally. If some piece of criticism hits them especially hard, they'll retreat into their fantasy world and just not deal with it.
3. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers can take criticism if they feel it comes from a good place. If you're genuinely trying to help them, they can be receptive to it. However, if they don't feel like they deserve to be criticized, it will hit them hard and may take them a while (if ever) to get over it.
Criticism for a Cancer has the ability to create problems and ruin relationships. When experiencing harsh criticism, Cancer may retreat internally until they're able to process it on their own.
4. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Since Virgos have perfectionist tendencies and often think of themselves as the smartest person in the room, there are times when they don't react favorably to criticism. Virgos especially resent criticism when they feel the person giving it isn't an expert and has no right to offer it.
Virgos don't enjoy it when someone acts superior to them and tries to undermine their feelings of well-being or accomplishment. You better have all the facts if you're going to dare criticize them.
5. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
The good thing is that Sagittarius doesn't let fear of being criticized hold them back from doing the things they want to do or going to the places they want to go. They're good about embracing their mistakes, learning from them, and moving on.
What Sagittarius individuals don't enjoy is someone pointing out their flaws and mistakes. They probably have a pretty good idea of how they messed up and they don't appreciate someone trying to destroy their confidence.
