Time management is something we all struggle with. It’s the fact that we always have something to do and not enough time to do it.
I try to budget the correct amount of time to every situation. But no matter how many videos I watch or calendars I make, something will always pop up.
Still there is something to be said about our tardiness.
Do we really arrive late to everything because we’re so preoccupied? Or perhaps it’s our introversion that makes us tardy.
Men are subject to being late just as often as women. Are they still home? Did they even get dressed? You called them a thousand times and still no answer.
There’s not a definitive answer either that can explain this.
However perhaps we can look to the stars to give us a better reasoning as to why a man is always late based on their zodiac and personal astrology.

ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
An Aries man is always late because he’s constantly bouncing from one event to another. Without even realizing how packed his schedule is, he’d already have at least 10 different functions to attend.
He goes from work to a meeting, happy hour to dinner without ever really stopping.
He’ll never stop to smell the roses but that can be problematic when he’s too wrapped up in an event and can’t leave to the next one.
TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
A Taurus man is late because he’s busy with prior commitments. He feels awful because he knows to be responsible and that he should always be on time.
However, he gets so consumed in his other work that he becomes overwhelmed with having to meet all those deadlines.
His stubbornness will also cause him to be late.
He probably will wait on a terribly long line at a cafe to get his coffee. Nothing will come between him and his end game. Even if this means waiting forever to get there.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
A Gemini is always late because they are constantly distracted. By the time he reaches his actual destination he’d have seen two museums, ate at three different restaurants and went to a book signing. He has a deep fear of missing out.
In order to remedy this, he believes stopping at every place possible. He’s late because he wants an adventure inside the one he’s already been traveling.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
A Cancer man is always late because he’s still at home. He’s not out avoiding you or making plans with other people, he’s genuinely just at home.
He loves the safety that comes with being in his own space. He’s able to be himself and not perform to societal standards. However, this poses an issue of time.
He tends to get so distracted by everything he’s doing at home that he forgets about the outside world.
He doesn’t mean to, it’s just that the outside world can be exhausting for the Cancer male so he stays where he knows is safest.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
A Leo man is late because he was too busy making friends along the way to his destination. He wants to be treated like a king and nothing says “royalty” than conversing with fellow people along the way.
He likes the attention. He’ll compliment someone’s shoes and somehow that turned into an hour long conversation about politics.
He’s always yearning for someone to notice him and if no one does, he’s going to make sure he gets that attention. This causes his tardiness to be a daily occurrence.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
A Virgo man is always late because he’s hung up somewhere else. It’s not even that he means to be late. It’s just the event that currently has him occupied is making him question everything.
He feels frustrated by the situation and feels the need to be a fixer. He wants to logically solve the issue before he leaves for his actual destination.
He’s a helper so any time he sees someone in need he wants to step in a fix it.

LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
A Libra man will be late because he’s mediating an issue between two parties. He often finds himself in situations where he has to be the middle ground.
Also he sees himself as being an objective person who can use his abilities to solve any issue. However, this just makes him late to everything because he’s always worried about the next person or issue he needs to resolve.
SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
A Scorpio’s hesitation is open up and bond with people is mostly likely the cause for his lateness. He has second thoughts about going to the company Christmas party or out to dinner. He’s most comfortable when he’s by himself.
Going to meet people and venture to new things is very daunting to him. He’s intimidated by the idea of letting people into his world. It might take him a while, he might be late, but he’ll eventually show up.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
A Sagittarius man is late because he makes promises he can’t keep. He’ll say he’s on his way but meanwhile he’s still about a half-hour out because he got caught up visiting a different place.
He’s a big talker. This means that his mouth can get him in trouble. A Sagittarius man is late because he said something that has to derail his plans for the time being.

CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
A Capricorn male is late because he really needs to motivate himself to do something. By this, he’s just sometimes not in the mood.
Then the next minute he’ll want to take the next highway to get to you. He’s finicky. One minute he hates the idea of going out but the next he’ll want to. It’s all a battle of his own intentions.
He’s late because he’s still figuring out if this is something he wants to do.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
A late Aquarius male happens because he values his alone time. He wants to be by himself for the most part so he can process the events of the day.
Leaving his comfort zone is difficult. Then again as soon as he makes it to the event, he’s most likely the life of the party. He has great social skills.
Truly the Aquarius man just wants to have his quiet time and leaving that is a lot of work for him.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
A Pisces male is late because he’s mulling over what someone said to him earlier in the day. He takes criticism very close to the heart.
With that in mind, he’ll be so distracted and consumed by what someone thought of him that he’ll forget any other commitments.
He thinks he has all the answers so when someone challenges that, he takes it seriously. He’s trapped in his own insecurities he’ll lose his sense of time.
