Who Is Yvonne Strahovski's Husband? New Details On Tim Loden — Plus Their Baby News
The Handmaid's Tale star and hubby Tim Loden welcomed a baby this week. Who is her husband?
Who Is Yvonne Strahovski's husband? Handmaid's Tale star Yvonne Strahovski took to Instagram this week to announce the birth of her new baby boy. She and husband Tim Loden had shared the news that they were expecting back in May and last month she wore a gorgeous maternity gown to the Emmy's where the pair cuddled for the cameras.
While Strahovski is a famous name thanks to her high-profile television roles, Tim Loden is less well known. He's an actor and producer in his own right, with numerous television and film credits to his name.
What do you need to know about Tim Loden? Read on to find out.
1. On-set romance
Tim and Yvonne met while she was starring in the show Chuck. He booked a spot on the series shortly after they began dating in 2010. Hollywood insiders already knew about their relationship at the time but they were so low-key about it that a lot of people assumed they broke up shortly after his appearance on the show.
2. Actor
Loden was working primarily in short films before meeting Yvonne. Chuck was one of his first major breaks and it led to more acting gigs later. He's best known for appearing in the series Bloodlines.
3. Producer
He's just as comfortable behind the camera as in front of it. He has several producer credits on his resume, including for several episodes of Bloodlines.
4. Red carpet reveal
Yvonne was wasling the red carpet at the 2017 Emmys when she let it slip that she and Loden had gotten married earlier in the summer. She said her wedding day had been incredibly hot, resulting in the couple jumping into the water full clothed. She told cameras, “But we had a great time."
5. Insta announcement
The pair announced her pregnancy via Instagram in May. She had been shooting The Handmaid's Tale and trying to keep the pregnancy a secret, finally deciding to tell coworkers rather than keep hiding why she felt lousy "That's why it got tricky. In the end I was over hiding it so I said, 'You know what, I'm pregnant,'" she added. "People thought I had the flu. They were scared to come near me."
We wish the pair and their new son all the happiness in the world.
