Your friend chimes in with, "You're crazy. You didn't put anything anywhere." You KNOW you put something somewhere, yet your friend has you doubting your own sanity now. That is called "gaslighting."
What is gaslighting? Gaslighting is when you are somehow convinced, by someone else, that you are crazy. When another person tries to manipulate the situation to make themselves seem sane and rational, by making you seem crazy and unreliable, that's gaslighting. And for the zodiac signs most likely to gaslight you, they do this day in and day out.
In astrology, there are certain zodiac signs who tend to go out of their way to make others feel like they've lost their minds. Why? Who knows — it must be a personal agenda. What is known is that there are certain signs that tend to be major practitioners of the gaslighting technique.
1. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
It's not that I hate Aries, simply because Aries makes it on to almost all of my lists, it's that Aries is a highly intelligent sign and it takes brains to be as clever as one must be to gaslight another successfully. Aries will gaslight you by convincing you that you are mentally ill and that you need help.
The "mental health" insult is big with them, as they love to imply that you are unstable and definitely an example of who should be locked up forever. They do this to hurt you, and that is the only reason.
2. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Through passive-aggressive behavior, Pisces will gaslight you into doing exactly what they want you to to, which is basically to give them attention. They gaslight you making you feel you've done something wrong — that you ARE wrong — that your gut feelings are all wrong, and that you have no right to go about life as you do.
They are unhappy with you being happy, and so they "suggest" that you are miserable with the hopes that eventually you will be.
3. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers live in a mindset that is so narcissistic that if you're not them, you're basically non-existent. The Cancer ego is huge, despite all the homey aspects that accompany the sign, but part of that ego goes to gaslighting others.
How they do this is by convincing others that their dreams could be better, that they've always had it wrong, and that if only they could see it like a Cancer, they'd have a better life. They make you feel like your personal dream is incredibly mediocre and that you are unworthy of big dreams.
4. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
The most unsuccessful of the gaslighters is Leo, however they do try hard. Leo wants you to see things their way, and if you don't, they create a false scenario where your choices can only be seen to you as off-base, wrong and unhealthy.
Leo likes to make you feel like you don't know how to do anything right, because that leaves more room for them to educate you on what is right, according to them. Their gaslighting torture is all about convincing you that you're not as good as they are.
5. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Possibly the subtlest and most effective manipulators of the zodiac, Libra comes in with shining colors when it comes to gaslighting others. How they do it: they make you wait. Sound vague? Well, yes, that's the point.
Libras will make you feel like you're too pushy for breathing the same air as they do. They will make you feel like you've asked too much, no matter what you've asked for, and they will gaslight you into thinking you have a chance, when you most certainly do not, because they'll never give you that chance.
6. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Gaslighting is their business. Actually, that is literal. They usually find jobs where their gaslighting abilities shine. What this means is that Scorpio is deadset on you somehow discovering within yourself that you are not as good as the Scorpio who has deemed you unworthy.
Scorpio gaslights you by convincing you that you are truly inferior, and that if you want to survive, then your best bet would be to serve them without limit.
