Who Is Isaac Kappy? New Details About The Actor Who Assaulted Paris Jackson And Accused Seth Green Of Being A Pedophile

Getty Images An out-of-work actor named Isaac Kappy has been targeting some major names in Hollywood with verbal threats and even assault.
Kappy — whose film credits include Thor and The Night Shift — reportedly choked Paris Jackson a month ago during a game night party, according to TMZ. Prior to that, he accused actor Seth Green of pedophilia.
The Los Angeles Police Department launched an investigation into Kappy's behavior after he posted a threatening tweet this past Wednesday:
"In light of the interesting traffic happening around my house I want to make something CRYSTAL CLEAR: while I am a VERY strong advocate of peaceful disclosure, make no mistake, assets are in place and if you kill me or even try, it will rain .50 cals in the Hollywood Hills."
An investigation into Kappy was opened on Friday for alleged harassment and stalking of Green and his wife, Clare. He claims they both told him they were sexually attracted to children.
Even though he publicly accused Green of pedophilia in the past, police say he sent the couple gushing handwritten letters.
"First off, I need you guys to know that I love you very much and care about you deeply," a letter obtained by TMZ reads. "Please know I wouldn't do anything to harm you."
"That being said, I think you would agree that it would be extremely foolish of me to blindly trust that my goodwill goes both ways. So, in the interest of self-preservation, I have implemented a series of trigging events should I meet an untimely demise."
"I didn't want to have to set it up, but everyone I've ever loved has done horrible things to me, and I want to remain alive," the letter continues. "By the way I aw the bait on the interwebs. Hahahahaha. Due diligence on your part, so well played to you."
Police have not commented on exactly what "triggering events" or "bait" that Kappy might have been referring too.
He responded to the accusations of assaulting Jackson on Twitter today:
According to The Daily Mail, Kappy hasn't appeared in a movie or TV since 2016. Instead, he's reportedly been trying to take down people in Hollywood he believes are sexually abusing children.
He tried to reach out to former child actor Corey Feldman — who has outed people in Hollywood for child sexual abuse — but Feldman blocked him on Twitter and never responded.
In his videos, which began on Periscope, Kappy said he's directly leaking information about pedophiles to the NSA; a claim that has yet to be validated. He also said that it's common knowledge in the industry that director Steven Spielberg is a pedophile.
