6 Overthinking Zodiac Signs Whose Minds Never Shut Off

Using astrology as a guide is a great way to not only get the best advice in the form of horoscopes, but it also helps you learn more about your personality. And if you can't seem to get your mind to relax, worrying about the past, and overthinking as a whole, the stars are trying to tell you something.
It’s not that you haven’t tried all kinds of things to calm the mind; long walks, meditation, Pilates, and therapy help, but they don’t stop you from over-analyzing everything.
Part of the reason you are the way you are is because you’re so afraid of failure that you take all the mental steps you can to avoid it. Unfortunately, you miss the learning experience that comes from making mistakes and you just end up second-guessing yourself. It’s hard for you to appreciate what happens in the now because your mind is always racing ahead to the next worst-case scenario.
If you can’t ever shut your mind off, that means you’re not getting enough sleep and it's making you feel tired all the time, with frequent headaches and muscle aches. Your body is screaming at you to chill out and stop thinking so much.
1. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
The Aquarius mind is constantly coming up with new ideas and solutions to old problems, so when they finally figure something out, they tend to get extremely excited and can't stop thinking about it. Then the solution leads to other questions and problems that need answers, so Aquarius has to think about that too.
Plus, they're very creative anyway and their mind is always coming up with random ideas that also branch out into different directions which Aquarius has to consider. It's an endless creative cycle.
2. VIRGO (August 22 - September 23)
Virgos are seekers of information and the Internet is happy to provide hours and hours of it. Once a Virgo starts watching YouTube videos or researching some new topic, they can't pull themselves away from the screen. They get so caught up in information gathering that they don't realize bedtime has come and gone.
They just need to look up this one tutorial but then there's another one. By the end, they may have a new skill or talent, but they're so wired that they can't shut their minds off, no matter how they try.
3. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
There's a lot going on in the brain of a Gemini. They think a lot and they want to enthusiastically share those thoughts with other people, and they want those people to engage with them. Geminis think about what they're going to say, what they've said in the past, and what they want to get across.
Geminis are all about the why. They hate one-word answers because they want to be able to delve deeper and have their conversational partner do the same. They tend to make things more complicated than they are and that's because they're brilliant. Not unlike how Geminis are in a conversation, their brain never seems to pause and take a moment — it just keeps going and going.
4. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
It's very difficult for a Sagittarius to make a decision, stick to it, and then feel good about. They tend to get too much information before they decide, then have several false starts, finally take action, and then almost immediately regret it.
If they need to book a flight, they're going to go over every option and consider both the pluses and minuses. They factor in everything: the cost, the amount of time, is there a layover, and they make equations out of it. For example, if a flight is cheaper but has a layover, is it ultimately better to pay more for a direct flight if you look at the wear and tear of the traveler?
5. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios are very deep, and they tend to find meaning in everything. Did their boss say that they did a good job on the project sarcastically, or did they really like it? When they walked into that house that's for sale and there was Scorpio's favorite cookie, was that a sign from the universe that they should put a bid on the house?
Scorpios can get consumed with trying to analyze everything that happens in their world and hardly anything goes unnoticed. All this scrutiny takes a lot of brain power and a lot of time.
6. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
If Capricorn is going to take action, they want to make sure that everything is in place for them to do so. This takes a lot of planning and consideration of the variables. The problem is that waiting for the perfect time may never come, and you end up in a kind of inactive limbo.
Capricorns can fixate on the smallest details and if the tiniest thing is wrong, it can throw them off-course. Capricorn spends a lot of time planning and getting their ducks in a row, rather than taking a chance and just doing.
