Who Is Elicea Shyann? Details About Jersey Shore Vinny's Ex-Girlfriend And His Shocking Betrayals
She and Vinny broke up shortly after Jersey Shore: Family Reunion.
Instagram Who is Elicea Shyann? Jersey Shore OG Vinny Guadagnino dated Instagram model Elicea Shyann all throughout the filming of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Fans got to meet her in the premiere episode of the season, but the couple split soon after production wrapped up.
Guadaginino opened up about the problems they were having before they broke up. "You don't talk to the person for a month because you don't have a cellphone, you don't have a TV, you don't have communication. So you're like calling them every other day, on the duck phone, you can't even hear them...."
"...I wasn't using the smush room on the show cause I was in a relationship. Currently, I'm not because that was actually a couple of months ago. So I do have someone that I really care about, she's the girl that I was with, but currently, it didn't work out. So, I'm single."
He also said they were having problems before filming started. "We had a long distance relationship. She's from California, I'm from New York, which would already be impossible for somebody. So a lot of things just made us be like, 'You know what, this can't happen right now.' Maybe down the line. You know, I hope that the logistics work out some day so we can be together.'"

1. She got angry with him from an incident on the show.
This season of the Jersey Shore looks different than other seasons because some of the cast members are married: Jenni, Snooki, and Deena. Even Mike the Situation was behaving for the most part and remaining faithful to his now -iancé. But for the other boys — Pauly, Ronnie and Vinny — flirting and crossing the line was often an occurrence.
Vinny didn't ever do anything with another woman that constituted cheating but Shyann did get angry at him for picking up a stripper (literally) at a club. "Would you like a guy picking me up at a club? I don’t think so. That’s flirting. I want you to just understand my perspective," she told him over the phone.
2. She had to deal with another betrayal on the show.
In another episode, Vinny is out with the boys when he becomes extra-flirty with a bottle service girl and even gets her number. On the ride home from the club, he obviously was still thinking about her. "The waitress is like my wife. Oh, I loved her so much,” he said on the ride home from the club during Thursday’s episode. “Me and my girl are going to marry her.”
He confesses the whole thing to his girlfriend soon after. "With your girlfriend at home, getting a number doesn't look good for you," she said. "Thank you for being, honest, thank you for being transparent, thank you for not doing all of the worst things that you could be doing, but you want to act like what you did is fine — you shouldn't have done it. You're missing the point, you're not gonna get it and that's why I don't want to hear your apology," she said before hanging up on him.
3. She got famous on Instagram.
Before she met Vinny, Elicea had a strong presence on her social media. She posted fashion shots and selfies but it gained her thousands of followers. She has 13,000 followers and has been posting after the breakup.
4. She's very open on her Instagram.
Shyann is open about some of the struggles in her life and urges her fans to be open and accepting as well. She recently posted a photo about her unintentional weight loss. She commented on her photo, "On the left is my average weight about 130 [pounds] and on the right is me now at about 118 [pounds] what I weighed in high school My body fat is about 13%!"
"...I’m no fitness feign and my weight loss was unintentional but I have no appetite most of the time and every day I wake up wishing I hadn't. Maybe some of you can relate and maybe you can’t but I thought I'd share because you don’t have to be OK all the time and people that love you and care about you are there for you when you are at your lowest."
5. She deleted all photos with Vinny from her Instagram.
At the end of 2017, she posted a photo of them with the caption, "As the year comes to an end I can't help but reflect on all the lessons I've learned in life, love, and friendship. With the closing of this chapter comes the opening of the next. More to learn, more to achieve and more love and laughter along the way."
Soon after the breakup, all traces of the fist-pumping star was gone. Fans began to notice, too, and commented on it, one person asked, "Where's Vinny??" Another questioned, "Did you and Vin break up?"
6. She slammed Vinny about everything he put her through while filming.
"Here’s some free promotion!!!! for the trash everyone loves to watch. I’m a real f—king person who wakes up DAILY to more and more bulls—t and heartache,” Shyann wrote on Saturday, May 19, alongside a clip from the Thursday, May 17 episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
“Enjoy the f—king show that is my f—king life. Ppl wonder how ppl end up in the darkest places. Here’s your answer." She went on, "Humiliation disrespect zero empathy lol it’s truly AMAZING. Everyone lives for the drama watching good things go to s—t.”
7. Vinny has spoken out about their relationship.
"I didn’t do anything but like being in a position and then you know talking on the phone and, you know, explaining like I was in a club until six in the morning every night…that gets a little sticky,” he said. “I know that I did the right thing and that’s all that matters.” In an interview that was published on April 5, Vinny referred to his breakup with Shyann as "recent."
