6 Zodiac Signs Who Have Trouble Trusting People Because Of Past Relationships

Fear of trusting someone goes way beyond astrology and horoscopes. Because pistanthrophobia is the fear of trusting people due to things that happened from past relationships, this condition makes it terrifying to get involved with someone new.
Some Zodiac signs tend to be more susceptible to pistanthrophobia than others. They are the people who tend to feel emotions more deeply than others. When their heart is broken, they don’t snap back and go immediately back on the dating scene, they need a lot of time to recover insteady.
What can make the pain of a bad breakup last even longer is when you don’t let it go and continuously process the events of your relationship ending. You wonder what you could have done differently, if there were warning signs you didn't notice, and if there are any ways you can get your ex to love you again.
It’s one thing to go through a ton of pain once, but to knowingly repeat it is foolish. So, you guard yourself and subconsciously make a promise to be very careful before trusting anyone. If you do decide to trust someone, it doesn't happen in an instant, nor does it happen easily.
1. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
One of the ways that Scorpio shows that they have trust issues is that they rarely believe anything a potential love interest tells them. Since the truth is everything to a Scorpio, if they can't trust that what their date tells them is true, their relationship is never going to advance.
If their date tells them that they were late because of traffic, Scorpio will assume that they were actually hooking up with someone else. Scorpios have a hard time giving anyone the benefit of the doubt but are extra disbelieving when that person shows interest in them.
2. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Like Scorpio, Cancer has a difficult time accepting what their potential partner is saying. It's not that Cancer thinks they're lying, they just want constant reassurances that their date likes them, thinks they're smart, can't take their eyes off of them because they're so attractive, and that they enjoy being with them.
Cancers want their romantic interest to text them back immediately, call them just to check in, and be engaged in all their social media picks. If they don't, Cancer will think that they really weren't interested after all.
3. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus expresses their unwillingness to trust by being jealous of everything. If their potential love interest doesn't make it clear that Taurus is a top priority, Taurus' green-eyed monster comes out.
They understand that their almost-partner has their own life and that every second of every day doesn't revolve around Taurus, but they still want to feel that their happiness is of extreme importance. If Taurus feels neglected, they're going to get jealous of the littlest things.
4. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
If a Pisces has been hurt in a past relationship, it's going to take them a long time to get over it. They'll flat out tell anyone who's listening that you can't trust anyone 100 percent, and if someone seems too good to be true, they probably are so run the other way.
Once heartbroken, Pisces will build a wall so high around them that it will be nearly impossible for anyone to get over it. Pisces are vulnerable and sensitive, and they'd rather not feel as if their heart was stomped on again.
5. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras who've been devastated by a bad relationship have an interesting way to deal with a potential new relationship: they accelerate the process. They expect too much too soon and when their potential partner fails to live up to it, Libra pulls the plug on the relationship.
It's as if Libra expects the relationship to tank, and in order to protect themselves from hurt, dumps their partner before they are even aware of what happened. Then Libra has evidence that things never work out for them and can go on as if they're impervious to pain.
6. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
If Virgo has been hurt by a previous relationship, they will have a difficult time picturing themselves in a happy, healthy relationship. The truth is that Virgo will go over the mistakes of the bad relationship and come up with all kind of theories on why it was so horrible. The results of their relationship analysis will be that they'll find it increasingly difficult to trust in themselves, and in their own worthiness.
Virgo will say that they're not the relationship type and will tell everyone that they enjoy their own company and never get lonely at all. Virgos say they don't want or need any of the drama that relationships bring, even though they actually do.
