Kris Jenner reportedly forced Tristan Thompson to sign multi-million dollar agreement that prevents him from cheating on Khloe Kardashian again — unless he wants to pay a hefty fine.

The famous momager wrote up a contract that requires him to put $10 million dollars in a trust for the baby girl he just had with Khloe. True Thompson is Khloe's first child.

A source close to the family told OK!  that the contract includes a clause that will require him to pay an additional $10 million into True's account if he's caught cheating again.

Talk about payback.

The Cleveland Cavaliers player reportedly has a net worth of $20 million and an annual salary of $15 million.

So seeing as the daughter has only been in existence for a few days, and Tristan has been found to be unfaithful at least twice, this could be quite the payout for baby True.

"She’s been through it all with her girls, and at this point, she knows exactly how to take control, no matter the situation," the source said of Kris. “Of course Kris hopes the contract will deter him from future bad behavior, but if it doesn’t she’ll make sure there’s a payday for her family.”

Tristan might want to take his loyalty to the Kardashians seriously, especially considering the fact that he's been benched ever since the cheating scandal emerged.

Rumor has it that he wants to be traded from the Cavaliers for a "change of scenery."

“Tristan is very upset that his playing time has been reduced essentially to zero minutes," a source close to him revealed. "He thinks he has a lot to offer a team and is considering requesting a trade at the end of the season whether LeBron [James] is in Cleveland or not.”

And to top it all off, Tristan's dad, Trevor Thompson, recently came forward to claim that he has enough material about his son and the Kardashians to write a best-selling book.

“I have a big, big story about what happened,” he said. “I can write a book about what happened.”
