6 Zodiac Signs That Aren't Easily Manipulated (And Can See Through Your BS)

getty There are a lot of manipulative people in this world — people who will play games with your emotions and never have a shred of guilt about it. However, those people can do whatever they want, because when you're one of the zodiac signs who can't be manipulated, you’re not going to fall for their tricks.
Even though your horoscope and even astrology will say that you're cynical, you’ve been used before and you refuse to let it happen again. You see things as they really are, not how you wish they’d be. No one ever fools you twice.
You’re not a victim, or a dupe, or even a fool. You’re very aware of what’s happening to you or around you. Someone would have to be a genius to take advantage of you. You don’t act lightly, you do the research, and you aren’t afraid to say “no.”
For the zodiac signs who can't be manipulated, they tend to take responsibility for their actions. When they make a mistake, they own up to it and don’t try to hide it. They have respect not only for other people but for themselves as well.
They don't assume that other people's intentions are in their own best interest. It’s not that they’re overly suspicious, it’s just that they’re very alert and a little apprehensive about people’s motivations where they’re concerned.
1. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios can be manipulative themselves, so they're not going to fall for the same tricks that they use. They're very cognizant of mind games and other manipulative behaviors.
One thing that Scorpios do is set boundaries. If someone tries to push them to do something they don't want to do, Scorpio will push back. They make sure that people know there are serious consequences for those who try to maneuver them in any way.
2. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus isn't going to be made to do anything they don't want to do, so it's pointless to try. They have an iron will. Taurus have no problem saying no. They have practice in articulating differing opinions anyway, so if it's something they know isn't in their best interest, they'll happily refuse.
They also won't get swayed by peer pressure or public opinion either. Taurus needs to be master of their own destiny and thought.
3. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
If someone tried to con a Virgo, they should know that Virgo would be five steps ahead of them. Virgos never just blindly do something because someone suggested it. They need to be able to weigh the pros and cons and come up with their very own take on a situation.
Virgos make it clear that they must exercise control over their own lives, so to try to make them do something they don't want to do is practically impossible.
4. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
There are people who try to manipulate people others bullying, but that won't work with a Capricorn. Capricorns not only stand up to bullies, they protect others from them. Capricorns don't just resist a bully's influence, they overcome it.
They are brave and loyal and it's a good idea not to mess with them, even if your intention isn't to bully them but to entice them. Being straight with a Capricorn is almost always the best method of dealing with them.
5. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leos demand respect and to be treated well. They don't like being deceived or used and are careful not to fall victim to someone's manipulative ways. Leos put a lot of importance on their own priorities and they take care of themselves.
Leos may like to be flattered and praise, but they're not fooled by it. If you have an ulterior motive, Leo is probably already aware of it.
6. ARIES (March 21-April 19)
Passive people often fall victim to the game playing of a manipulator, and Aries individuals are anything but passive. No one is going to sidetrack Aries from their ambitions and what they want to do.
If Aries has ever been used by a partner or anyone else, they make damn sure it never happens again and they just become even more aware. If they think someone is trying to manipulate them for whatever reason, Aries will call their bluff.
