pexels We all have faults, whether we want to admit them to ourselves or not.
The truth is we all have weaknesses, faults and flaws to deal with. You can blame your DNA, background, lack of education, or personality, but it might be something you were born with based upon the horoscope sign you have in astrology.
And even if you don't want to admit that your zodiac sign has faults — or claim that you don't know what your faults even are — I guarantee that if you ask someone who knows you what your biggest faults are, they will have something to say... Let's just hope that they don't have a long list of your faults already thought out in their head.
My point is, no one is perfect — not even you, Leo — and we all have faults that could probably use a little work but are there whether we want to deal with them or not.
And these faults, both big and small, tend to lessen the value of your zodiac sign's personality. Maybe you're a crazy confident boss that knows how to hold her own and loves being a leader.
If your biggest fault is that you're also really self-centered, it doesn't matter how great of a leader you are if it's hard for you to use your leadership to help others, rather than let yourself get ahead in life while climbing over as many people as possible.
It might not be that insane, but it can happen. When you have horoscope personality traits that are also faults that overshadow your strengths, it can be hard to see your zodiac sign (or any zodiac sign) as something good and positive.
Take myself, for instance. One of my biggest faults is that I am a people-pleaser; I can't seem to say no to someone in need, even if it's something they can handle on their own or it hinders my own plans.
For some reason, I have to bend over backward to help other people when they ask me. This does not sit well at all with my Aquarius zodiac sign because as an Aquarius, I should be much more independent and able to stand my ground.
Because of this fault of mine, it's hard for be to live up to my own expectations of what an Aquarius should be.
But even when we know that our faults are bad for us and make it hard for us to be our best selves, it's also hard for us to let them go.
Maybe you consider your biggest faults to be like a security blanket or maybe you don't think you're brave enough to push through them, even if you've never tried before.
The best way to get over your faults and weaknesses is to first acknowledge that they're there; if you know you have faults, then you can become more self-aware when you start reverting back to them.
Once you can do that, even the smallest steps to conquering your faults and weaknesses are better than no steps at all. And if you want your zodiac sign to be the best it can be, then you can't let your faults bring you down.

ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries, being the first zodiac sign in astrology means you can be all about yourself — much like a child before it matures and starts thinking about others. It's good to have such a high opinion of yourself, but you can also be a little selfish. Your self-centeredness is something that everyone can see, but you can't.
You can also be very hot-tempered... also like a child! You're not above throwing a temper tantrum if things don't go your way and it can be very hard for you to see others' perspectives on things. In your eyes, you want things to be all about you, no matter how difficult you end up making it for everyone else.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus, you have an issue with being both lazy and stubborn. You aren't really one to initiate anything – not because you don't want to, but because you're too lazy to get off your butt and do something.
You're known for being the laziest of couch potatoes, but the worst part is that you're also incredibly sweet, so whenever you don't want to do something, you have a way of charming others to help you out.
You're also very stubborn, which is dangerous when mixed with your laziness. You like doing things your own way and have everyone play by your rules, but you have problems actually getting things started. You can't be a leader if you don't want to lead!
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Gemini, your biggest faults are ones that can make you seem like a really bad friend, even if that's not the case at all. You're the kind of person who can't keep secrets and talks WAY too much — AKA the perfect traits to get someone in trouble.
You do like being the friend that everyone can count on, but you know that gossip is just sometimes too juicy to keep to yourself. Even when you're not spilling people's secrets outright, you tend to take to social media to vent.
And subtweeting — also known as tweeting about someone without tagging them — still counts as sharing private information on the web. This also means that everyone knows who you're not keeping secrets like you said you would, which is not something a good friends does.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancer, there is a good kind of clingy and a bad kind of clingy, and unfortunately, you're the bad kind of clingy. There's a difference between wanting to keep the people you care about close to you and being so needy that they feel like they're taking care of you.
You can convince yourself that even when people say they care that they don't, so you stay needy just in case. You also tend to hold grudges against people you feel have wronged you.
When someone doesn't do things your way, or when they don't take your advice, you have a fit. You want people to trust you as much as you trust them, but you have to remember that people have their own lives to live. If they think all you want is for them to be for you to boss around, no one will want to be around you anymore.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leo, your biggest faults are that you're very self-centered and arrogant. You like when people practically worship you and kiss the ground you walk on because you feel like you're entitled to that kind of behavior.
If you could have your way, you'd never lift a finger because you'd have all of your little underlings doing everything for you. Your selfish, stuck-up nature makes you act like royalty in the worst possible way.
You're not the benevolent queen or king that loves their subjects; you're the one who cuts off people's heads whenever you don't get your way. Until you can see your peers as equals and not people to step all over, they're going to see you as someone not worth spending time with.

VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgo, your biggest fault is that you're the obsessive perfectionist. You tend to care way too much about everything – big or small – and won't let things go until you're satisfied you've done everything in your power to handle the situation.
There may be times when being a perfectionist is a good quality to have, but the way you handle it is NOT good. You like being in control, but even when you know you can't control everything, you still have problems letting things go and letting life handle them.
In your eyes, if something can't be nit-picked and criticized until there's nothing left, then you're not happy. And unfortunately, you tend to act the same way about yourself by being your own worst critic.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libra, your biggest fault is your vanity. You would rather spend time completely on yourself than try to see that there's a world outside of your looks. But for some reason, you like being the center of attention as long as it gets you compliments and people see how hard you work on yourself.
This would make you seem really shallow if it weren't for the fact that you can be really sweet about the whole thing. You can also be very irresponsible.
You feel like you don't really need to try to be responsible and in control of your life as long as you have the looks, but those two things are not mutually exclusive. In fact, you even hope your friends will always be there to bail you out when you need it, which can make you look like you don't care about anything but yourself.

SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpio, your biggest fault is that you can be crazy obsessive about things. You're like a dog with a chew toy – once you get latch onto something, you have a very hard time letting go of it.
On top of that, you're also very competitive, but in a way that can take people by surprise. You might not show your competitive side right away, but it's definitely there.
Even if there's no competition to be had, you love the thought of winning. You won't let up on something — an argument, an opinion, or something of that nature — until you get your point across and you're able to show the other person that you're right. Even when it comes to the most inane things, you have to win, otherwise you're not satisfied.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarius, you have a knack for being blunt and reckless and not caring one bit. You say whatever you want, whenever you want because you only care about getting your thoughts out.
If you hurt someone's feelings with your bluntness, you just shrug it off as you being brutally honest – which isn't a good quality, by the way.
You tend to live life flying by the seat of your pants. In other words, your recklessness is just an excuse you use to get away with whatever you want because life's too short for you to care.
This might be true in some circumstances, but in most others, it just makes you look like someone who can't be bothered to be a good friend or a trustworthy partner.

CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorn, one of your biggest faults is being a social climber. You will walk over anyone to get where you want to be, even if that means bringing your friends down in the process.
In your eyes, being a social climber just means being in control of your future and having the skills to do whatever it takes to get there — even if that's not at all what it means.
Your other big fault is that you tend to get very upset when things don't go exactly how you planned them. When you don't have all the answers, you don't want to be a part of a situation because you don't know how it will turn out.
You always try to take the leadership role whenever you can, but when you can't, you'll throw a fit until someone lets you take the reins.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarius, it's not hard for you to admit to yourself that you can sometimes be less than willing to show emotion or affection, but you might not realize just how bad it can get.
Your biggest faults are that you can be aloof and uncaring about pretty much everything — even things you claim to have an interest in. But no matter how much enthusiasm you try to muster up, it still seems fake.
What usually makes you so aloof and uncaring is simply that you don't care. Even if you don't want to acknowledge it, you can sometimes be a little self-centered. When things aren't about you, you stop even pretending to care about what's going on.
And in times when you start out caring about a situation, it's not uncommon for you to totally forget about everything besides yourself halfway through.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces, you have a problem with playing the victim so often that people automatically assume that you're easy to manipulate (which you are). Your biggest fault is not knowing when to stand up for yourself, instead letting yourself fall into the victim role and letting people walk all over you.
You're also a little too dreamy for this world, choosing to live in the fantasy world in your head instead of reality. You refuse to handle problems head-on unless you have someone to do it for you, which only means that you're letting someone else completely control your life.
There's a difference between needing help and letting someone control you, but you still have yet to figure that out for yourself.
