getty When we think about our friends, we tend to focus on how they are as friends to us. Are they supportive, fun, and do they challenge us to do new things? Is your friend always there when you need them?
When you want to know what you're like as a friend, you can always look to astrology and even your horoscope for concrete answers. Each zodiac sign brings something different to a friendship, and each has their way of shining.
And even as you get older and realize that not everyone can satisfy every need, that's okay. People tend to come and go throughout our lives. Sometimes you just grow out of a relationship. If you no longer have anything in common with a friend, it doesn't mean that either one of you is bad people, you just don’t connect anymore.
While looking at how our friends treat us is a good thing, it’s also very beneficial to look at how we are as friends. Are you too self-involved to really help them with a problem, or are you so quick to react that they have to be careful with what they say around you?
Friendship isn’t a default setting. Are you truly present when your friend needs you or are you too wrapped up in your own drama to be of much use? Once you discover what you're like as a friend, you'll have a better idea of how you should act in a friendship.

Because you're so lively and impulsive, people tend to underestimate how loyal and caring you can be. You have a very positive outlook on life and are up to try all kinds of fun adventures. You try to challenge your friends to step outside of themselves and try new things.
