More specifically, when she says that she loves you, but suddenly doesn’t seem to act like she does.
Does she love you in a serious relationship kind of way or does she love you like day-old pizza when she’s drunk?
You know you’ve been in this situation before because this all sounds almost too familiar.
And girls, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about because you too have been a little too vague about your true feelings for a guy — maybe on purpose or for another reason — and now he’s starting to ask questions.
If you ask me (and probably a lot of other people), there’s a big difference between loving someone and being in love with someone.
I know, I know, it sounds like I’m splitting hairs here, but it’s important to you if your gal distinguishes between the two sentiments or if she’s just one big ball of love who means it every time she says it.
But it also doesn’t matter what side you’re on, really, because when you finally feel comfortable saying those three words, it can be scary.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve said “I love you” to someone else before, either.
This is an entirely new person that you have brand new feelings for, so you want to say it right.
And maybe you’ve had your heart broken before, which would make sense as to why it’s hard for you to say you love someone and actually mean it.
So, yes, she might have said that she loves you and is now acting like she doesn’t, but it’s only because she’s working through these new feelings.
And if you know her zodiac sign, it’s that much easier to really get to the bottom of this.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus loves to be in love and can often lose her head in how wonderful life is now to the point where she’s almost walking on air. But even though Taurus falls hard for you doesn’t mean she’s not cautious, as well.
She may have a lot of love to give, but she needs to know the feelings are mutual first. If she thinks you don’t feel the same, she’ll keep her feelings to herself.
Sometimes, Taurus gets a little over-excited and says she loves you before she’s ready (whether you say it back or not). So, when it seems like she doesn’t love you, even though you heard her say it, it’s probably because she’s retreating into that cautious side of herself.

If you’ve gotten a Gemini to tell you that she loves you, treasure that moment because this is a sign that is terrified of commitment. Once she does take the plunge she’s not as scared, but until she does she’s a ball of nervous energy.
She tends to overthink every word she says and thing she does around you until she knows for sure if she loves you, but she still has her tells.
Saying I love you is a BIG deal to Gemini. If she says it and then acts like she doesn’t love you, it’s only because she’s still ruminating on what she said and how it makes her feel.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
When Cancer loves you, she wants you to know everything there is to know about herself. She’ll take you around to meet her family and friends, tell you about all her embarrassing moments, and probably even show you that weird mole of hers on her back.
But when she finally says I love you out loud, it’s not uncommon for her to suddenly start acting like she doesn’t love you at all. For Cancer, it’s all about timing. She feels like she needs to go by a script when she loves someone instead of letting her feelings come naturally.

LEO (July 23 - August 22)
A Leo in love is a beautiful site. She has a big smile on her face, she’ll probably skip a little when she’s walking with you, and most importantly she just wants to be with you.
It doesn’t even matter what it is you’re doing together; when Leo loves you, she just wants to spend time with you. Now, she’s ready to vocalize how she feels, but as soon as she does, she freaks out. What gives?
With Leo, she’s most likely worried that the dynamic between you two will change now that she’s said she loves you. Before, you two were the best of friends and now, she feels like the way you act together will have to change.
