Evan Henzi detailed the abuse he suffered at the hands of child talent manager Marty Weiss on a recent episode of Dr. Oz.

According to Henzi, the inappropriate behavior started when he was an 11-year-old boy with dreams of being a famous singer. His parents hired Weiss to help guide their son, and Henzi said the abuse began almost immediately.

Now 24, Henzi told Dr. Oz on Thursday that he had no idea how to process what was happening to him.

"From day one, he already started to ask me sex questions," Henzi said. "So, that was very puzzling and as a child you don’t really know what’s right and what’s isn’t, and where that line is.”

He then described a moment when Weiss sexually assaulted him.

"He turns over and looks at me and says drop your pants. And I’m stunned. I’m, like, wow, this again."

"I sit down, I’m already on a couch and he walks over swiftly and he presses his arm against my chest and, to a point like where it hurt. And he yanks down my pants and he does oral sex on me. And I’m now just turned 12 years old and I’m pre-pubescent, I’m not responsive and it’s just the most damaging experience of my life.

Henzi said the abuse continued until he was 15.

When he graduated high school, he met up with Weiss and confronted him about the abuse. Weiss admitted to sexually abusing him, and Henzi recorded the whole conversation. However, Weiss did not take any responsibility for his actions.

Instead, Weiss compared the sexual abuse to that of what animals do "all the time." That in itself was enough to convince a judge that he was guilty.

While facing multiple charges of child sexual abuse in 2012, he took a plea deal and pleaded no contest to two counts of oral copulation with a child under the age of 14. He was sentenced to one year and five months.

However, he only served six months of his sentence before he got out of jail for good behavior.

“The fact that a man could abuse children and spend six months in jail is heartbreaking,” Anne Henry, co-founder of BizParents Foundation, said at the time. “And that he is eligible today to go right back out and work with children in our industry — that’s unacceptable.”

Henzi had to face Weiss again when he recently tried to get his probation dropped. He went to a court hearing, and the judge dismissed Weiss' case.
