5 Zodiac Signs That Deserve A Second Chance Just Because
Because everyone makes mistakes.
When someone effs up, the first question that’s usually asked is: Do they deserve a second chance? It’s at this point that one needs to consider just how bad the f*ck-up was and who did the f*cking up.
But if you can come to the understanding that the f*ck-up wasn’t all bad — whether you do some soul-searching or check your horoscope for answers — then you need to decide if the person in question is worthy of a second chance.
While there are those who, even if the f*ck-up was minute, absolutely don't deserve a second chance simply out of principle, there are those who absolutely do because, well... because.
Here are the zodiac signs who deserve a second chance just because.
1. AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18)
Aquarius is good at many things and one of those many things is breaking hearts. But it’s really not their fault. Having dated far too many guys born under Aquarius and seen my heart smashed to bits because of them, I now know that to cause pain is really not their intention.
Unlike most of the zodiac signs, Aquarius lives in a world far from reality and because of this they don’t always act like they’re from this planet, hence the reason they’re easy to love; there’s something sexy and enchanting about the person who marches to the beat of their own drum. But because this is how they are and because it’s not coming from a place of evil, Aquarius is the sign who deserves a second chance the most.
2. VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)
Although Virgo definitely has some unappealing weaknesses — being critical and judgy AF, for starters — similar to Aquarius, their behavior is not coming from a cruel, rancid place. While Virgo might be a bit more aware of when they’re being a total d*ckhead, it’s still done so without malicious intent and more because that’s just their personality.
Virgo is strong enough to admit when they’re wrong and aware enough to know when they effed up — two things that aren't easy for most people. For those reasons alone, Virgo deserves a second chance.
3. CAPRICORN (December 22 – January 19)
If Capricorn hurts you, it was only because their priorities were out of whack. As a sign that feeds off ambition and being responsible, they can sometimes become too focused on these things and forget what it means to take a step back and, oh, I don’t know, be human for a change.
Don’t mistake Capricorn’s coldness for indifference; they’re simply trying to hold it together and get through life in one piece, something that’s a feat for many of us.
4. LIBRA (September 23 to October 22)
Superficial, flighty, and likely to sell their first-born child for a vintage Rolex, Libra’s charm makes up for where they lack in understanding right from wrong. Yes, it’s wrong to sell a child for a Rolex, but if the Rolex is for a dear friend, can it really be that wrong of a choice? At least that’s Libra’s thinking.
At their core, they just want to make people happy, be around pretty things, and swim in a sea of beauty with everyone they love. So if Libra decides to sell your kid for a Rolex, because they don’t have a kid yet of their own, keep your heart open and give them a second chance. Besides, she did give that Rolex to you.
5. ARIES (March 21 – April 19)
While Aries’ aggression and competitiveness might make one turn their back on them forever, if you stop to think about what that really means, do you think you could live your whole life Aries-free? Probably not.
Aries may be stubborn, they might flip a table if you beat them at Monopoly, and sure they’ll force you to get through that story about your grandmother dying at epic speed because they’re so impatient, but ultimately, Aries makes for one hell of a friend and partner. I dare you to find another zodiac sign that challenges anyone the way Aries challenges you.
