How The HUGE Solar Eclipse Today Will Affect Your Zodiac Sign

NASA.GOV There's a total solar eclipse coming that will be visible across the United States, and everyone wants to know the dates, times and best places to view this celestial event!
On August 21, 2017 the total solar eclipse will cast a shadow of darkness across the entire country from coast-to-coast.
According to NASA, "Lincoln City, Oregon, at 10:15 a.m. PDT (1:15 p.m. EDT). Totality ends at 2:48 p.m. EDT near Charleston, South Carolina. The partial eclipse will start earlier and end later, but the total eclipse itself will take about one hour and 40 minutes to cross the country."
Some states won't even see the full total eclipse, but some states will be able to witness a partial eclipse starting early August 21st.
What is a total solar eclipse? The sun's rays are completely blocked from visibility by the moon.
This is due to the angle of the Earth, the appearance of similarity in size between the moon and the sun and positioning. What makes this experience truly unique is that the corona or solar crown in view—creating almost a type of halo effect behind the moon.

Although the last total solar eclipse to affect the US happened nearly 100 years ago (back in 1918), they aren't as uncommon as you may think. In fact, NASA reports that one happens in other parts of the world every 12-18 months.
