Forget What You've Heard — Size DOES Matter, According To Science

This just in, guys: it turns out that size, as in penis size for orgasm? It totally does matter. 

In a recent study conducted by the Journal of Sexual Medicine, scientists found that women who have vaginal orgasms (and not clitoral) prefer to have sex with men who have longer penises.

But hold on, it's not an immediate sexual death sentence for any man whose penis is thicker than it is long. Penis size for orgasm is relative, yo. 

The study also found out the following: 

“Research indicates that women's orgasm during penile–vaginal intercourse is influenced by fitness-related male partner characteristics, penis size is important for many women, and preference for a longer penis is associated with greater vaginal orgasm consistency. These orgasms were triggered “without concurrent clitoral masturbation. Women who prefer deeper penile–vaginal stimulation are more likely to have vaginal orgasms, consistent with vaginal orgasm evolving as part of a female mate choice system favoring somewhat larger than average penises."

It makes sense, really. If you are a woman who doesn't orgasm from clitoral stimulation and you prefer deep penetration, it is natural that you would be drawn to a man whose penis was long enough to give you the G-spot and vaginal stimulation that you crave. 

But don't panic every single man reading this article in a cold sweat! 

Remember, 75% of women polled report being unable to have an orgasm through vaginal penetration alone. 

You know what that means? That your penis and its size has very little to do with your ability to make MOST women have riotously awesome orgasms!

How a woman has an orgasm is an entirely unique experience that is really hard to quantify, which is my kind way of saying "PLEASE DO NOT GO HAVE PENIS ENLARGENING SURGERY BECAUSE SOME STUDY SAID YOU HAD TO DO IT IN ORDER TO PLEASE A WOMAN." 

Of course, women who can only orgasm via vaginal penetration are going to prefer a penis that gets the job done, but this doesn't mean that all of these women are writing off men whose penises don't hit some random marker or largeness. 

Guess what? If a woman loves you and you're open to using sex toys and your hands and your mouth there are very few women who are going to send you packing. And guess what? If any woman does, then you are probably better off without her.
