This 28-Day Challenge Will Make You Feel Like A Total BOSS

February is often associated with planning Valentine's Day dates and outfits but this time around, we're taking the power back.
In an effort to keep the mind, body, and soul in check, we have created a month-long, self-love challenge to make sure every inch of you is taken care of. This means calling on you (and your social media accounts!) to staying body positive, stress-free, and at peace with all that may come your way.
Check out our self-love calendar below. Share it, hang it on your mirror, and follow along using #LatinaLoveYourself, as we love ourselves all month long!
Day 1: Post a photo of your brand new journal, and list three of your favorite traits.
Day 2: Get glam and post a selfie.
Day 3: Spend an hour doing something you genuinely enjoy.
Day 4: Post a photo of someone who motivates you.
Day 5: Share a #fitphoto and tell us how you felt after your workout.
Day 6: Post a photo of your dream travel destination.
Day 7: Write the name of one person you need to forgive. Then do it.
Day 8: Post a photo and quote from your favorite book.
Day 9: Write down one thing that makes you unique and why.
Day 10: Wear your favorite outfit today, and post a photo of you rocking it!
Day 11: Say yes to something you normally wouldn't say yes to — nothing too crazy!
Day 12: Share a photo with the caption "Dear ___________. You are beautiful. You are courageous. You are unique. You are amazing. You are worth it." Put it where you'll see it every day.
Day 13: Share a photo of your biggest smile, and smile at everyone you meet today.
Day 14: Post a picture of someone you love. And yes, it could be yourself!
Day 15: Detox: Turn off your phone for an hour
Day 16: Post a no makeup photo.
Day 17: Eat one meal mindfully today.
Day 18: Take a bubble bath with a glass of your favorite wine to keep you company.
Day 19: Watch the sunrise or sunset, and share a photo.
Day 20: Make someone your favorite meal (or bake something sweet).
Day 21: Treat yourself to a break at a brand new restaurant or coffee shop.
Day 22: Look in the mirror, and say out loud what you love about yourself.
Day 23: Make a bucket list.
Day 24: Perform a completely selfless act (or two, or three, or even four).
Day 25: Go to your favorite place in your city and enjoy the scenery.
Day 26: Buy yourself flowers... because why not?
Day 27: Spend a day in bed relaxing (or binge-watching your favorite show).
Day 28: Share a photo from your favorite part of this #selflove challenge.
