Stay Away From Anyone Who Makes You Feel Like You're Hard To Love
You're worth it.
We've all had people in our lives who just love to bring us down.
Some are easier to deal with — like your office's receptionist who keeps asking if you've gained weight — but others can be much more traumatizing. Especially when you're in a close or romantic relationship with this person.
While this kind of bullying can take many shapes and forms, they pretty much all have a similar mission: to make you feel like you're not good enough.
And though anyone can get sucked into believing whatever negative bullshit a bully tells you, it's important to find the confidence somewhere inside you and break off the relationship.
Everybody is worthy of love. Everybody is worthy of affection. Everybody is worthy of a positive relationship.
People who go out of their way to make you feel like shit are only doing so because they have their own internal demons their wrestling with. They have their own insecurities, and they're own issues.
Bullies want to make you believe that it's all your fault. That you're the cause of whatever negativity is happening around you or them.
That's the biggest and most destructive lie you could ever believe.
People who make you feel like you're not good enough are not worth your time. Life is too short to keep giving time and attention to people who only want to make you miserable.
The time to end those toxic friendships and relationships is right now.
I promise you the moment that you walk away will be one of the freshest breaths of air you'll ever breathe in your freaking life.
