How does Jin Shin Jyutsu work?
The purpose of Jin Shin Jyutsu is to release the tension that is causing physical or mental ailments in your body. These ailments occur when the flow of energy in your pathways is blocked.
A massage therapist will apply firm pressure after "feeling" the energy pulses in the wrist, arranging their hands over specific parts of a person's body, called "safety energy locks," to stimulate and restart the energy circulation.
