Vagina Kung Fu: Watch This Lady Lift Crazy Stuff With ... Her VAGINA
You've GOT to see this.
Kim Anami is a holistic sex and relationship coach, a world traveler, and a Vaginal King Fu master — meaning she can lift anything from a full juice bottle to a surfboard using her vagina.
"I'm currently on a global campaign to raise the awareness of vaginal superpowers," she said in a piece on MindBodyGreen. "Vaginal Kung Fu is a method I teach for women to physically and emotionally reconnect with their vaginas, so they become more in tune with their sexual energy. It's like yoga... for your vagina."
With Vaginal Kung Fu, Anami promises life-changing pleasure.
Anami has travelled all over the world demonstrating her special talents and impressively strong vaginal muscles. She divides her time between Los Angeles and Bali with a lot of beaches in between, where she swims, surfs and picks up things with her vagina.
"I came across the ancient Taoist practice of vaginal weightlifting about 15 years ago," Anami told People. "I tried it and noticed an immediate benefit. Not only did I feel vaginally stronger, but my orgasms were more powerful and pleasurable."
Anami uses a jade egg attached to a string to physically lift objects with her vaginal muscles. "Seeing and feeling the difference, I began incorporating the teaching into my work as a sex and relationship coach," she explained.
Anami enjoys lifting things that have an education element to them and are part of an overall healthy lifestyle.
The benefits of vaginal weight lifting include better orgasms (which Anami describes as mind-body-spirit-altering orgasms that are longer, deeper, more intense, and where you have the ability to squirt), strengthens the vagina better than Kegels, helps prevent your vagina from falling out, increases libido, eliminates urinary incontinence, helps lubrication production, and gives a woman the ability to incorporate her sexual energy in everything she does.
In addition, Vaginal Kung Fu is a natural way to get a facelift.
"When you strengthen and pull up the pelvic floor muscles, you create an energetic lift throughout the entire body, which even registers in the face," Anami says. "I've had clients stop using Botox after beginning their lifting practice."
If you think Vaginal Kung Fu might be for you, it's recommended that you take one of Anami's workshops or online courses, and start off small, working your way up like you would with any weight lifting program.
"You wouldn't just go and bench press 300 pounds," she told The Mirror. "I practice several times a week. A woman could safely practice every day if she wanted to. I teach a veritable vag-cyclopedia of all things vagina, including emotional and psychological components of healing and empowerment."
Anami believes that most women have numb vaginas due to lack of proper use. But her hope is that soon, every woman will be able to shoot ping pong balls from their vaginas.
"This is every woman's God-given right," she says.

While Vaginal Kung Fu sounds a little silly, you certainly can't argue with its benefits. Besides, if you could shoot a ping pong ball out from your vagina, you'd be the hit of every party.
