After months of speculation, Dean McDermott confirmed suspicions of a troubled marriage when paps spotted him exiting an LA treatment facility on January 18. Hollywood has been abuzz with rumors of Dean's infidelity, and despite the cheery outward demeanor of wife Tori, nothing could mask the couple's obvious distress.
