Paul Walker Engaged To A College Student?
Is the Fast & Furious star engaged to a teenage college student?
The man known as Piz Wiz (no one calls him that) appears to be off of the market, ladies. Paul Walker has become engaged to a woman named Jasmine Pilchard Gosnell per some reports. Be careful though, the Huffington Post (or Huff Po as the hipsters refer to her) tells us to hold our horses on the whole "Paul Walker Is Engaged To A Teenager" commotion.
Apparently, this young gal is a student at the University of California Santa Barbara (yep, she's a Gaucho, the Fighting Banana Slugs are UC Santa Cruz) and she was allegedly 16 when she and Handsome McBlondy started dating. But, Paul Walker's rep or friend or someone told the gossip site X17 that it's all poppycock (or hogwash, if you'd prefer). Per said rep or friend, there was no holiday engagement between lil Princess Jasmine Pilchard Gosnell and high-life man Paul Walker.
Per reports, Paul Walker is very handsome, athletic and probably not un-rich. It's a little odd that he'd date (or become betrothed to) a woman too young to run out and get him a sixer if doesn't fell like getting off of the couch. "The heart wants what the heart wants," or so it's been said (Woody Allen). In his defense (if he requires any defense), she was a college student when they began dating and things do get a little murky when we're dealing with higher learning enthusiasts. They can talk about interesting stuff that the rest of us forgot years ago, are impressed with someone who can go a whole week without eating Ramen noodles and can drink for, gawd, like days without worry of a hangover.
We suppose that whether or not Paul Walker is engaged to this collegian, it's worth noting that a generation of female (and some male) MTV fans circa 2003 is going to be hugely disappointed. Best of luck on all of your future endeavors.
It looks like Paul is reprising his role as Brian O'Connor in The Fast And The Furious series this spring as Fast & Furious is set to hit theaters in April (Vin Diesel is in it too). It's an interquel (taking place between the second and third films), so that's fun.
