Nina is a PCC certified coach (ICF) and Lead Trainer for the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPec).
With over 17 years of marketing experience on both the agency and client side, Nina has been building successful products and brands for national companies throughout her entire career.
She believes that the most important brand a person can build is her/his own individual brand. This requires full awareness of personal values and acceptance of current capabilities, as well as a sincere belief that anything is possible.
As the former Director of Corporate Marketing for a publicly traded travel & leisure company, Nina came to the realization that her greatest successes extended far beyond driving consistent double-digit growth for the brands she oversaw. Her biggest accomplishment was witnessing the growth, connection, collaboration, and achievement that transpired when her teams felt fully empowered to perform at their best.
Recognizing her true passion to build people over products, Nina left corporate marketing to pursue her passion. Since 2014, she’s been paving her own path as an executive coach who specializes in career growth and development, leadership, team building, and individual branding.
She is a self-proclaimed paver who firmly believes that you can accomplish anything if you develop your own self supportive belief system.
