Her article based on this story, 9 Common Mistakes Parents Make About Their Kids Weight had over 30k shares in a two week period, confirming the need for this important information.

Judith is a popular speaker at workshops and conferences where she brings her transformational message to both professionals and the general public. Topics include the Power of Attuned and Mindful Eating, 5 Keys to Cultivating a Positive Body Image, Overcoming Binge Eating, and Why The Health At Every Size Framework Matters. She also offers training and consultation to other professionals.

Judith lives in the Chicago area with her husband. She loves to read, meditate, go to yoga and Zumba classes, travel, and spend time with her three adult children when they return to Chicago for a visit.
