6 Mindful Zodiac Signs Who Hate Disappointing Others
They have every intention of keeping their promises.
The feeling of letting someone down is uncomfortable and painful. If you tried to do something and failed, seeing that look of disappointment can wreck you. If you forgot or were unable to keep a promise, you feel gutted.
Some people absolutely can’t stand this and will try their best to avoid doing it. Is it a character trait that makes someone this way, are they just too empathetic, or does it have anything to do with astrology?
The zodiac signs who hate disappointing others are sensitive, thoughtful, and caring. They probably know how it feels to have someone break a promise, and they don’t want to make somebody feel that way. It’s difficult because, as humans, we’re going to make mistakes, we’re going to fail, and sometimes it’s impossible to not disappoint people, no matter how much we may try.
No one wants to disappoint their kids, their friends, loved ones, or the people they work with. If we say we’re going to do something, we have every intention of doing it and feel guilty if we don’t. Not disappointing someone can be a powerful motivator to get us to try our best.
1. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
When Pisces disappoints someone, they feel it too. Pisces have a lot of empathy and don't want any part of hurting someone, preventing their dreams from coming true, or letting them down.
The person doesn't even have to say anything and Pisces will intuitively know they're disappointed. Since this zodiac sign tends to be selfless, they will sacrifice their own needs for other people, so when it doesn't work out, Pisces feel as if they've lost everything.
2. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns do things the right way the first time so they don't disappoint anyone in their performance. Doing things well, keeping promises, and delivering on what they agreed to are all part of who Capricorn is.
They pride themselves on coming through for people, so when they don't, it hits them hard and they tend to take personally. They feel like it's their failings that caused the other person to feel let down and disappointed.
3. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers build their lives around caring for other people, so when something doesn't go as planned and people are disappointed, Cancer feels terrible. They already feel responsible for their loved one's happiness and success, so if something goes wrong or doesn't happen the way it should, they take it on as their burden.
Disappointing people makes Cancer disappointed in themselves, and they blame themselves for not being good or creative enough to have been successful.
4. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras hate disappointing others to such a degree that they'll agree to do things they don't want to do or don't know how to do. They don't want to be responsible for that sad, disappointed look that appears on someone's face when they've been let down.
Libras want everybody to be happy, and they especially want them to be happy with Libra. They hate thinking that someone is angry with them for something they did wrong or didn't do at all.
5. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leo knows that people look up to them and follow their lead, so disappointing them is out of the question. They are kind and helpful, and will do everything they can to not let people down.
Leos want to be thought of well and that won't happen if they're constantly breaking their promises or making mistakes that affect other people. They want others to be able to depend on them and work hard at reaching expectations.
6. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
People often come to Virgo asking for help and counting on them to fix whatever is broken. They take pride in knowing the answers, fixing the problem, and making things better, so when they fail or make a mistake, they feel awful and ashamed.
Virgo will almost immediately try again or figure out some way to earn back the person's trust in their reliability.
