Kim and Kanye are getting ready to welcome baby number four to their family.

People is reporting that the couple is expecting their fourth child together sometime this year. They are already parents to North, Saint, and Chicago West.

Kim has never been shy about wanting a large family — she has three full siblings, two half-siblings, and four step-siblings. However, Kim suffered serious complications in her first two pregnancies and found out afterward that she could not safely carry more children herself. The couple decided to expand their family with the help of a gestational surrogate. While the baby would be conceived using sperm and eggs from Kim and Kanye, another woman would carry the pregnancy and give birth.
