And though the pair got back together in 2013, she has since dated Dodgers baseball player Matt Kemp, rapper Drake, rapper Travis Scott, and has been in a relationship with Hassan Jameel, a Saudi heir, since December 2016.
But, in 2018, when Rihanna appeared at the Louis Vuitton Fashion Show, she sparked rumors that she was seeing her ex-flame, A$AP Rocky. Are Rihanna and A$AP Rocky dating again — or is all this speculation making us get excited for no reason?
Complicating this situation even more is the fact that both Kylie and Kendall Jenner, as well as Travis Scott, Rihanna’s ex-boyfriend, attended the event. Scott is the father of Kylie’s baby, Stormi Webster, while Kendall had a fling with A$AP Rocky in the past. Jeez, does everyone in Hollywood date each other? It certainly seems that way.
If you remember, the two were linked to one another in 2013, where the pair were caught kissing off-screen during the shoot for their music video for the song “Fashion Killa.” And later, at a party in New York City, they were seen spending the whole night together, with A$AP gazing adoringly at Rihanna.
That’s when rumors started swirling that they weren’t dating, but had become friends with benefits.
According to a source, “There is no dating relationship happening between the two, but they are definitely sleeping with each other. So that can obviously lead into things more romantic.”
But recently, photos taken at the Fashion Show reveal the two smiling and flirting with one another. But was it just friendly banter — or something more?
If the two are sharing a romance once again, that’s bad news, since she’s dating Jameel. But the pair may have called it quits earlier this month. Though there hasn’t been any public confirmation, a report claimed that Rihanna had dumped Jameel.
“Rihanna and him were together for a while it was a good relationship, but now it’s over. Rihanna just got tired of him. She gets tired of men sometimes,” the insider said.
Apparently, he’s not taking the split easily, either. I mean, you’d probably act the same if Rihanna had just broken up with you. Well, at least he’s still rich.
The source then said, “Of course Rihanna broke his heart. That’s what she does: break men’s hearts.” Ouch. It seems like she can be a real man-eater, but you’d be too if you were this hot and talented.
However, it appears that Rihanna may be back in A$AP Rocky's arms once again.
On December 11 2019, Rocky performed in Sweden at the Stockholm Ericcson Globe theater. Many fans attended the popular rapper's show, but someone special, in particular was also there. Yes, Rihanna made her appearance at the show!
Thw two musical artists were seen together in October 2019, too. They were seen hanging out with Rocky's entourage after a performance. It looks like a new power couple may be forming in the music world!
