Katie Price Considered Hiring Prostitute So Disabled, Autistic Son Can Have Sex

Of all the strange things in the news today, we're now scratching our heads at the news that Katie Price considered hiring a prostitute for her disabled son.

Last week, Katie Price admitted that she wanted to hire a prostitute for her disabled teenager, Harvey. Formerly a glamour girl, Price, who is now 39, spoke on Loose Women about how she wants Harvey to experience sex when he turns 18.

Currently 15 years old, Harvey suffers from autism, blindness, septo-optic dysplasia, and Prader-Willi syndrome, which makes it difficult for him to walk. Price said that she discussed the issue with her husband, Kieran Hayler, who agrees with the idea.

Harvey was born after her relationship with soccer player Dwight Yorke, who actually denied being the father until a DNA test proved it.

Price says that Harvey has normal sexual urges, and she has grappled with the idea of whether or not to let him work them out with a prostitute.

Hayler and Price began this conversation after seeing Kathy Lette on Loose Women talking about her disabled son Jules. Lette, a writer, talked about how she considered hiring a prostitute for her son until he found a girlfriend on his own. However, her son Jules is more high-functioning than Harvey.

In the video below, Price and Lette discuss the role that sex plays in the life of someone with autism:

“My son Harvey has autism, and he’s just hit puberty, and it’s obviously natural to experiment with yourself during puberty,” said Price. “He [Jules] has high function autism, so he’s [Harvey is] at the opposite end... and I’m like, ‘Is it fair to let him go without?'”

This issue isn’t something new, as the 2012 film The Sessions depicts a sex surrogate (Helen Hunt) who is hired to take the virginity of a disabled man. For Price, her thoughts on hiring a prostitute for Harvey were highly criticized. This is most likely a result of her background of questionable parenting.

Mother of five, Price and her children star on their own reality show, My Crazy Life. Those who watch the show often criticize her parenting skills, like showing her daughter (who is only two) her naked glamour shots.

But Price doesn’t really seem to care. She says, “I don’t give a sh*t what anybody says about my mothering skills. If anyone wants to complain about how I raise my kids they need to get a life.”

In her reality show, Price lets her husband honk her boobs in front of her children, calls her kids d*ckheads, and shows off her nude photos to the entire family.

While her parenting skills may be interesting, Katie Price considered hiring a prostitute for her disabled son​ in order to work out his sexual urges, which may not be the worst idea. And is it really the prostitute that is getting critics worked up or is it Price’s parenting track record?
