What Teen Heartthrob Devon Sawa AKA Casper The Ghost Looks Like Now
Damn.
It has been 21 years since the live action movie Casper came out. Christina Ricci played Kat, who moves into a haunted mansion with her father. Casper lives in the mansion along with his mean uncles, Fatso and Stinkie, who try to scare Kat and her father out.
Casper, of course, is a friendly ghost, so he and Kat build a strong friendship.
The movie was just a fun kid's film, but the ending is what makes it so memorable. Casper gets transformed into a human and attends Kat's Halloween party. Turns out, the friendly ghost was a very dreamy boy this whole time!
This probably led to some very confusing feelings for many young girls. Could you actually have a crush on a CGI ghost? The answer is yes! Hey, it's better to be known as a CGI ghost than it is to be Justin Bieber after "penis gate."
Now, after all these years we can see what Casper looks like all grown up.

Devon Sawa played the ghost for the last few minutes of the movie. Since then, he has been in Final Destination as Alex Browning, a high school student who has a premonition of his plane exploding in the air and ends up escaping death. However, death comes back to chase him. The movie started a very long franchise, but the actor only stars in the first move.
After that, he was in Slackers and was in Eminem's music video, "Stan." His most recent movie was Punk's Dead: SLC Punk 2, and he has been promoting it.

He's also a father of two now and has a very adorable "mini-me."

In a recent interview, he was asked if he ever used the pick up line "Can I keep you?" Many 90s kids would probably fall for it, so we wouldn't blame him.
"I haven't said those words since I shot Casper," he said. "Never! Never. I'm very shy about stuff like that, so I don't think I could have ever mustered up the courage to use that as a pickup line. But I get it at least once a day. At least! Especially on Twitter. Or someone will tweet me the video like I haven't seen it. It's cute."
This dashing young man has certainly turned out to be a heartthrob.
