Now that Mel Gibson's relationship with Russian singer and ex-Bond babymama Oksana Grigorieva has come to an ignominious end, the erstwhile Braveheart and father of eight is trying to reconcile with his ex-wife, Robyn Gibson, mother of seven of those. And this comes just as a Polish pornographer says she's also slept with Mad Mel. Because what every woman wants after bearing a man seven children and then seeing him knock up some random chick is to welcome his cheating face back into her life. Good luck with that, Melvin. Mel and Robyn separated after twenty-six years of marriage, one daughter and six sons back in 2006, and Robyn filed for divorce in April 2009, which is also the month Oksana announced she was pregnant. (She also has a son from an earlier relationship with Timothy Dalton. Yes, that Timothy Dalton.) Mel, ever the gentleman, demanded Oksana submit to a paternity test to ensure that the baby was his; we never heard otherwise, so we assume wee Lucia, born in October, is the spitting image of ol' Mel. We can't help but wonder if this attempted reconciliation is just his way of not giving Robyn enough money to buy Greece, even though in our opinion she totally earned it. The Enquirer also says that a 26-year-old Polish "porn filmmaker"—that's their euphemism, not ours—named Violet Kowal says she and Mel had an affair while Oksana was pregnant with Lucia. Yawn. Frankly, after Tiger Woods, Jesse James, and John Edwards (and that's just this year), we are surprised when famous men are faithful to the women who incubate their spawn.
