Is Chris Martin Cheating On Gwyneth?

Paltrow-Martin marriage crumbling, sources say.

Chris Martin has been seen kissing other women, and now sources say his six-year marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow is on the rocks. Star reported this week that Martin was seen making out with Kate Bosworth at U2's show in Las Vegas Oct. 23. Reps for all three, Martin, Paltrow, and Bosworth, deny the hookup rumors in the face of a damning number of eyewitnesses talking to various outlets.

Star's report says that Chris and Kate were sucking face at the U2 concert in full view of other concertgoers, which strikes us as incredibly indiscreet for a married father of two who's also famous and recognizable. That's like skywriting "I'd like to cheat on my wife" over TMZ's headquarters during rush hour. "I couldn’t believe my eyes," Star's witness says. "There was Chris totally making out with Kate in front of other people. At first I thought it might be Gwyneth, but when she came up for air, it was clear the woman was Kate!" What Counts As Cheating

Now the photo agency X17 is reporting that Chris and Kate actually spent two consecutive nights together last month. They first took in the U2 concert, and then she followed him to the Bay Area for a benefit Coldplay headlined the next night. "Chris is totally Kate's type; she loves the Brits like Orlando [Bloom] and James Rousseau," X17's spy snarked. "And she's Chris's type too. A blonde bore, just like Gwyneth!" For future reference, James Rousseau is Kate's model ex-boyfriend who's also a musician, and he has Coldplay in his Top 8 on his Myspace. Just sayin'.

Gwyneth's PR man, veteran denier-of-stuff Stephen Huvane, says the reports are "complete rubbish and another fabrication. Lawyers for both Chris and Kate are currently considering legal remedies against Star." Your correspondent has some knowledge of how things work at Star, so bear in mind that much of what they publish is complete garbage, but it's worrisome that there are so many other reports corroborating the Star witness's story. There are little kids involved, so for the Martin-Paltrow family's sake, we hope this is all a case of mass delusion. Will These Couples Beat the Odds?

On the third rail of this story, Lainey Gossip details Kate Bosworth's history of pursuing dudes who are already in relationships. Apparently she dogged Jim Sturgess like a bloodhound during the filming of 21 (yeah, um, we cannot blame her for that, because have you seen him?) and tried to steal Alexander Skarsgard from Evan Rachel Wood more recently. So that's kind of trashy.
