The easiest, cheapest, and most fun to try would simply be to help him shoot his wad quickly (handjob, BJ, whatever), then get him hard again and settle in for some satisfyingly long-lasting intercourse since it takes appreciably longer to reach his 2nd (or 3rd) orgasm. You might just consider the first orgasm a throwaway before you get down to some serious business.
Prescription anti-depressants (especially the class known as SSRI's, or Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) are infamous for having a side effect of lowering libido and making orgasm more difficult to reach. Many doctors specializing in erectile dysfunction are now prescribing SSRI's in low doses specifically FOR this side-effect, and their patients have reported big improvements in their staying power.
If you're not already using condoms, you could give them a try, as they reduce sensations (I don't care what the manufacturer or sex-ed class said - they DO, which is why most men hate them.) You can also get condoms with a desensitizing lubricant that are supposed to enable him to last longer. Finally, you could also try simply putting on 2 condoms instead of one in order to further reduce sensation.
Unfortunately getting the first load out of the way then going again, doesn't work. He still goes very quickly.
Sounds like a prescription for SSRI's may be the best chance for success.
If nothing improves his staying power, there's nothing wrong with him getting you off orally or manually (toys or hands). If so, have him give you your first, since he'll likely lose interest once he gets his (men - we ARE pigs)
